Active Heating & Renewables Ltd Recenzje

Tommy, who undertook the service was thorough, helpful and left the areas he worked in clean and tidy. I would happily recommend Tommy and Active Heating and Renewables to family and friends.

Thank you to Active Heating for my annual service. As always friendly, reliable and efficient. Always nice to see a familiar person, so thank you again to Jay.

Active Heating & Renewables designed and installed an air source heat pump and hot water cylinder for me which has been operating flawlessly for the last 12 months. The system is running very efficiently which proves to me that the design is spot-on and that the installation was done to a high standard. They clearly have a thorough knowledge of the technology and take pride in doing a great job.
Tommy, the engineer who carried out the installation, recently returned to service the system and confirmed that everything is running smoothly and efficiently, with a SCOP of 4.2 (for those who enjoy statistics).

Another year another annual service. Always professional, friendly and customer focused. This time its a thanks to John for being so meticulous and Carley for organising.

I’ve used Active heating and renewables before and have always been good. Very friendly and knowledgeable gas safe engineer serviced my boiler and tested smoke alarms for me. Very happy with the work.

We got in touch with this company, for the first annual maintenance service of our heat pump, on a recommendation. From the first phone call to completion, everything went well- everyone I spoke to was pleasant, polite and professional. Tommy who attended is a thoroughly pleasant young man. He arrived in the time slot, answered all of our questions and produced an online report sheet at the end of the service.

A friendly and professional engineer attended our home and serviced our boiler. We will always remember that positive encounter. He is an ambassador for the company.

When the installer of our heat pump ceased trading a few years ago, we had to cast around for someone to service it in our locality. Luckily, we found Active Heating and Renewables. Jay has now carried out two services of our heat pump and sorted out a leak from the expansion tank. He is friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and helpful. I like the fact that he provides a useful summary of the tasks that he has carried out during the service.

On time, within budget, boiler serviced.
Highly recommended.

Tommy undertook an annual service of an air source pump and boiler. It was done efficiently, quickly and in a friendly manner. All waste was removed and I received the report within 24 hours.

What a great job from Jay
Highly recommend Active Heating!

Reliable, good work, polite. They redid our heating system and have done an annual service.

I’ve been using Active Heating for a number of years to service my Viesman boiler.
Prompt service and very pleasant staff both in the office and on the job

In 2022 AHR installed a Worcester Bosch boiler and have been servicing it every year since. It hasn't given me any problems so I count that as a win.

I was initially nervous about installing a heat pump in my terraced house, particularly concerned about the 10mm pipes to radiators and limited space. Active Renewables completely put my mind at ease.

From the first consultation, they were incredibly understanding of all my concerns and took the time to walk me through every aspect of the installation process. Their staff were extremely helpful and remarkably fast to respond to all my questions - no matter how technical.

The team's knowledge was outstanding. They expertly handled the technical challenges and delivered exceptional results - achieving an impressive 4.30 SCOP while keeping the house consistently at 21°C year-round.

I also wanted constant monitoring capabilities, and they went above and beyond to fully install and help me diagnose some initial issues with OpenEnergyMonitor.

Professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to customer satisfaction. I couldn't recommend Active Renewables more highly!

A huge thank you to Active Heating and Renewables for responding promptly when I needed help with my heating. I felt very confident with the service provided. I have been a loyal customer since moving here and the service has been both professional and personal. Conor the engineer quickly identified the problem and rectified it whilst taking time to answer the questions i had. I would also like to mention Emma who has been my initial contact - liasing with engineers and booking the appointment, she has been exceptional.

John and the Active team installed a Vaillant heat pump and hot water cylinder for us, and did a great job. The work was all done to a very high quality standard in only a few days, and with only the most minimal possible disruption. Everything was punctual, tidy and friendly, and the heat pump is working brilliantly.

Had our boiler installed last year and service completed.
Great team, efficient, helpful. Very happy with service

New Vaillant heat pump and tank installed. The very accurate pre install survey by Tom means we have exactly the right size heat pump to keep the house warm as economically as possible. Jay and Chris did a great job on the works and they were a pleasure to have around. Recommended.
