The tutor was very interesting and informative and involved the whole class in discussions. The process after was very clear and the act team were very responsive to emails.

I can thoroughly recommend Act Associates for their training.From when I began my course throughout the time until I got the qualification they were supportive and helpful.The teaching was excellent and the teacher was extremely knowledgeable having worked extensively in the field for many years.

NEBOSH Certificate in Fire Safety

I can thoroughly recommend the classroom training for the NEBOSH Certificate in Fire Safety. Very useful week, lots of interaction, shared anecdotes from lots of different industries & opportunities to question.
Admin from start to finish was excellent

I traveled to the training site each day. Directions were clear, as were parking options. The tutor was very experienced and obviously used to delivering the training to a varied group.
The course was intense but not overwhelming, and gave a lot of practical examples, not just rote learning from a book. The tutor also discussed each of our own workplaces and how we could apply the knowledge there.
It was a really enjoyable week.

I found the support I received throughout my learning journey very good and always quick to respond.

I was part of the August and September cohort that wrote the Ng1 and Ng2 National Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety on October 2nd, 2024. It was a wonderful experience, and I am glad that I excelled in the exam. Thank you to the training team and staff for your efforts.

I am undergoing the NEBOSH national diploma with ACT via distance learning, and after passing the first two modules and currently preparing for the third in January, I can say ACT have have been brilliant.

Right from the outset their communication has been superb with ensuring I was prepared for the course, agreeing a training plan, and all deadlines are understood. The course materials are excellent and the subject knowledge of the tutors is is exceptional.

ACT have been instrumental is helping me get assessment scores of 63% and 65% so far. I would thoroughly recommend them as a training partner.

I have completed both my NEBOSH Certificate and diploma with ACT - Very professional and friendly company that really want you to do well and pass! I couldn’t recommend ACT enough if you are looking to sign up to any HSE training.

This course was extremely well delivered with a great range of activities and resources, clear guidance and excellent customer service.

I had used ACT previously for an IOSH E-Learning course so when it came to looking for a provider for me to complete my NEBOSH certificate I knew they would be the right people to help me.
I signed up for the classroom based training which was held at a local hotel over a 2 week period.
The tutor Geoff (really great guy) created a very relaxed and open training classroom environment with the other pupils. We went through all every subject in detail with daily debriefs on practice exam questions/homework we had completed the night prior with feedback. The training was excellent and suited my style of learning perfectly. The feedback was in my belief absolutely key to me passing the exam as I quickly understood what was needed to get marks on the exam and where I could improve my answers. We also went through how to complete the risk assessment and not miss any of the required detail - Geoff was brilliant and I cannot thank him enough for helping me with this exam and that I passed first time (I always get stressed with exams and I felt good before this exam for the first time ever!)

I would highly recommend ACT for all the courses and my advice is use your tutors great knowledge as much as you can on the course.
Looking forward to completing another course next year!

Good course content, helpful and informative tutor, refreshment option's diabolical, Tea and Coffe not available, only options was water and that was warm, parking is not great either

Comprehensive course, taught in a small informal group. The trainer was very informative and encouraged group activities. Would definitely consider further training through them if required. Good location, with access to shops and parking.
