They debited and credited my account 11 times! ( I counted!) And then did not debit my account again to complete the purchase. Nothing. Zilch. No product no email notification of why the transaction didn't go through ... just zero. I figured they may be out of stock. ?

This is very simple to solve. Contact your credit card bank issuer and ask to unlock your transition to MD COSMETIC
The phone number for the problem is on the back of your card.
