j'ai recu un message de la part du transporteur m'indiquant que je devais payer des frais supplementaires douanes ,tva, frais de dossier, pour moi cela représante 50 pour cent de ma commande
je trouve cela trés excessif .pourquoi cela n'est pas indiqué lors de la commande calcul des frais supplementaires

Ordered just after 5pm, delivered just after 8am the following day!
Really, really prompt dispatch - I ordered at around 5.20pm as my hedge cutter bearing had just given up in spectacular style. On the page it said that orders processed in the next 11 minutes would receive same day dispatch, but I wasn't really expecting it based on experiences with other companies. However, the bearings arrived by 8.20am the following morning! I was able to refit and keep going without wasting a day of work. Absolutely top service!
