Great advice, quick delivery
Rang the guys and sent pics of pulley wheels. They were able to recommend the correct belts.
The last supplier I had dealt with sent vbelts with an incorrect number of ribs.

Frequent use of this company has shown me that they are good at getting your parts to you quickly with a good level of service.
Our delivery driver Jordan is always friendly and helpful.
We frequently get parts delivered parts that aren’t what we asked for but they react quick to fix any mistakes.
Overall a generally reliable and efficient company with good customer service

I needed a very small drive belt for a…
I needed a very small drive belt for a Hoover the cost was just over £7 but the minimum spend was £20 so I had to buy 3 to get over that minimum spend by the time I payed vat and postage the cost was over £40 so now I ask my self is it worth trying to repair anything with stupid on cost why bother selling anything under £20,
That answer deserves one star why would I spend £40 on ⛽ fuel consider your in house costs and not forcing people to have a minimum spend

Our order was never received - took our money but no dispatch notification, no delivery, nothing!
No response at all to our queries about where our order is despite their promises of a 24 hour response to all enquiries.
Things can go wrong, orders can be delayed, but to just ignore customers and not communicate at all is absolutely dire customer service.
