Chat with leanne on customer services changed and renewed my policy she was very helpful, friendly and pleasant. She did make all the numbers and information clear to me definitely 5star customer service and telephone manner

When appproached Josh acted promptly asking me for information that he needed and once he had receivied it gave me a quote within 24 hours and my fellow Trustees were able to act on it and make a decision quickly. The quotes that he had obtained were all substantially less than the existing provider had quoted and as we are a Charity it has meant a great deal for us going forwards.

I have no hesitation in recommending Josh and Acorn to anyone.

He was very considerate of my time constraints as we are a GP surgery running on two separate sites in the middle of this pandemic so couldn't give him much time from my side and often couldn't take his phone calls. I have dealt with Acorn Energy for 4 years now and would always choose them as Josh (who is an advisor / salesman with the Company) is very polite, professional and prompt.
