Yes they are quick to respond when you need to return. I didn't realize ACON mats only fit their frames. They require you to take pictures. I still waited 93 days to get the RMA #. I had to give all the details of trampoline in order to get RMA number. Whch was on the shipping box that was destroyed. I hand wrote a letter with RMA # and emailed the company that package was not coming in original box. Everything went smoothly after that. I got Refunded as accordance to their refund policy.

We genuinely love our ACON trampoline and have been very happy with the product itself. That is why I am so disappointed with how our warranty claim was handled.

I reported a torn jumping mat while the trampoline was still within its five-year warranty period. I confirmed my mailing address and provided the information ACON needed to process the mat replacement.

In a later follow-up correspondence, I separately asked about several springs that were rusting. ACON requested additional photographs of the springs. I did not submit those spring photographs in a timely manner, and I accept responsibility for that delay.

However, the spring question was separate from the original mat claim. ACON already had my confirmed address and the information needed to process the mat replacement while it was still under warranty. I was never told that waiting for the spring photographs would delay, close, or invalidate the mat portion of the claim.

When I later followed up and provided the requested spring photographs, ACON declined to cover both the mat and the springs because the warranty had expired. They offered a 20% discount, which I appreciate, but we are still left paying to replace the jumping mat ($239) and 12 damaged springs ($199 for minimum of 35 springs) for a total of $350.40 plus shipping.

I understand why ACON may decline the spring portion because I did not submit those photographs promptly. What I do not understand is why the mat claim was not processed separately when it had already been reported and ACON had the information needed during the active warranty period.

We still love the trampoline itself. My disappointment is specifically with the warranty process and the decision not to honor the mat claim under these circumstances.

The online store mistakenly lists accessories for older trampoline models as compatible with newer models, and detailed compatibility information is hidden in a separate "product details" section that must be opened. The old and new models are even named almost identically, making it even harder for consumers to distinguish between them without detailed knowledge of Acon’s products.

Finally, the customer service response to the issue simply states, “Have a nice rest of the spring!”...

Furthermore, of the three product reviews submitted, it appears that only the best one (4/5 stars) makes it onto Acon’s website, while the weaker ones are not displayed at all. Is it any wonder that reviews outside of Acon’s website are somewhat different, especially regarding customer service?

I have purchased 3 Acon trampolines. The customer service is consistently very poor! I’ve had multiple issues with the Acon X which customer service failed to address and won’t respond to my emails or chats. Two of the tramps had terrible instructions for build and Manuel was never corrected or updated. Never again will we get an Acon.

Feeling scammed. Customer Service phone number is just for show. No one is ever available or returns a call. My 4K plus order has missing bolts and damaged parts and I keep getting the run around of how to be able to speak to someone who can solve the issue in a timely manner.

Ordered a tent ground twice with acon24, still waiting for the refund....Than ordered a tent (too small) - ok my fault....But also the tent that should fit my Acon trampolin does not fit, see foto, and also had a tear....terrible quality, absolutely unlike the trampoline.Can not recommend right now.

Terrible trampoline tent. The design is hopeless... Doomed to fail... within an hour I had a tear in the fabric. Also please notice that customer service will ignore your complaint, and that only positive reviews will be shown on their website.... Which explain the impressive ratings on that!!!

Albeit delayed Acon24 customerservice (Laura) has reached out to me, and will replaced the tent fabric with the tear... She also assures me that there has been adjustment/improvement on the tent fabric. Will be interesting to see...

Poor instruction manual, difficult to install and there is no guarantee it will be safe for the kids to play

I'm a consultant and avid researcher before purchasing anything. ACON has been making trampolines forever, with an excellent reputation and their rebounders are what I believe to be the best in the industry. The price is also amazing, given the quality. Don't be fooled by high-priced rebounders of lesser quality. I had to stop running and even walking after an achilles tendon injury two years ago that never healed and once I started jumping, the morning stiffness and pain went away. I'm so happy with my purchase of the ACON 55" hexagon that I'm planning to buy the 44" round for another room in the house!

Appalling - I bought an ACON Air 16 Sport HD 2 years ago for £1400 - which I think is a lot of money for a trampoline - but having researched warrantees etc I though I was pretty safe. Despite not being used that much sadly, and despite the guarantee that you read when you purchase the product the trampoline mat now has 8 holes in it. On contacting the company and sending through numerous photographs I have been told that the holes are due to "fire" and that they will not replace this mat. There is no "fire" within the vicinity - we do not have a fire pit or a fire and the trampoline was at the end of the garden over 40m from the house. I strongly recommend you do not use this company and shop around - they do not honour their agreement but instead offer you a 10% discount on the mat I assume to stop you from leaving a review. This piece is now priced at 1900 euros - honestly it beggars belief. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
