Tracy Barrios was and is My Loan Consultant. Tracy is very experienced, understanding and very informative! Tracy was able to help with a solution and is also available once paperwork is signed if I have any questions or concerns that arise through my loan.

Always a great team and easy to work with all team members.

As always, I was dubious as to whether this company was legit or a scam. I was willing to hear what they had to offer, but I was only researching and not in need or desperate. Whenever something was offered that did not sound great, I asked them if they could do better, and they said they'd try to see what can be done to satisfy my wants. Eventually, I got exactly what I wanted. The required documents were not difficult to gather, and the approval process was quick and easy. It took a couple days longer than expected to get funds because I thought we would get funded the day of closing. It was a small misunderstanding, but we did close seamlessly and received our funds a couple days later.
