Used Ace for a few submissions now and won’t go to any other grading company, highly recommend

Sent 3 cards in for Premier grading (approx 10 business days turn around) and my cards had gone through the whole process and had been shipped out in 14 business days. Which I think is great at the approx marker!

Love the Ace labels, gives real looker points to the slabs.

I would love for them to offer more courier options however as DHL were three days late with delivery!

I recently sent two cards in for grading with Ace Grading and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. Their website is really easy to use, clear, and straightforward when submitting your cards.

Postage was excellent everything was handled professionally and securely, which gave me real peace of mind. The turnaround and communication were also spot on.

Overall, a great system, great service, and I’ll definitely be using Ace Grading again. Highly recommended!

Great grading experience, and the ace labels really compliment the card

The end-to-end customer experience is top tier. The online submission process and dashboard is easy to use and clean. It was reassuring to see what was happening to my submission at each step of the way. When I needed to contact Ace because of an update on my end, they were quick to pick up the phone and the young lady I spoke to was professional and helpful. Using DHL's secure delivery service put gave me peace of mind, knowing that my returned submission would not go astray - like what happens with certain other notorious delivery companies. 12 out of 15 of my slabs came back Ace 10s, but for the 3 that didn't make a 10, the subgrade breakdowns and optional grading reports made understanding the imperfections very transparent.
Ace is evidently a service and brand that is run by and designed for TCG enthusiasts and are aiming to give customers the best experience.

The artwork with ACE slabs is just out of this world. So unique and adds such character rather than plain slabs. The turnaround is next to perfect and gives you the step by step process over on the website for where your cards are at. 10/10 definitely recommend!

I’m okay with the grades. However, the report that you generated seems to be too simple as if I don’t message someone of your staff I won’t be able to identify what are the defects be… I mean thankfully your agents are responsive and helpful but it would be nice to show at least the type of defects on the report as it costs?

LOVE ACE GRADING. Their labels are so creatively eye catching and just make your cards look even better than what they already did. Re the submission process - it's v straight forward to get the "spots" you want nowadays (iyk!) for either quick (but dearer) or cheap (but slower) turn arounds. Keep up the great work and you will always have a loyal customer like me coming back!

Excellent service and great product

Highly recommended, insane attention to detail, complete integrity with every grade, tough to get high grades, but that makes each high grade all the more worthwhile, also absolutely love the custom "ace" labels for that extra pop of art in your display pieces.

Really simple process to submit cards with ACE, and it’s great to keep track of the submission stage using their online dashboard. Grading from the UK always seemed like an expensive and lengthy process but I had my cards turned around in 10 working days using the premier service which I found to be very affordable.

The only let down for me (which doesn’t detract from the overall quality) is that the return presentation doesn’t feel special. The slabs are in a box with some packing paper. Well protected, but no grandeur. The price of maintaining an affordable and competitive service I suppose!

Good service

This was my first time grading cards. Used the 20 working day option plus paid £3 extra each for the labels which do look awesome. Tracking is really easy on the website, though it is frustrating when it’s stuck on a step for ages. Was sent the cards back bang on 20 working days. Out of 5 cards, I had 4 10s and a 9 so was pretty pleased. Well packaged and quick on return. Just wish the whole process was faster. A million times better than PSA though on that front.

One of the standout features is the Ace Label. I hope one day it becomes the standard option without the additional cost, but it’s absolutely worth it. I would highly recommend paying the extra to get the Ace Label—it really makes your card stand out.
