Great experience overall. I’m new to card grading and chose Ace because of their unique and eye-catching labelling, which really sets them apart. The grading process itself was smooth and straightforward.

The only downside I’d mention is that the protective materials the cards are sent in—such as top loaders—aren’t returned. It feels a bit wasteful, especially as they’re perfectly reusable. That said, it doesn’t take away from the quality of the service, and I’d still be happy to use Ace again.

Very quick turn around - do not like that they use DHL as they don’t look after the parcels and always comes back dinged but ace do package well so never any issues with cards after

I recently had several cards graded by Ace Grading. The turnaround time was quick, the communication was clear throughout, and the slabs look absolutely fantastic — sleek, sturdy, and professionally finished. I’ve supported ace for a while and can’t really fault their service. Nice looking slabs. Really thick acrylic, feels way less tacky than PSA. Turnaround times are ahead of the estimates lately based on what I’ve seen and heard. Overall I think ace are a little over-hated without much justification to it.
My only comment to potentially help with some of the backlash they get, I think if ace shifted their centering criteria to 55/45 instead of 60/40 then the keyboard warriors would have a whole lot less to complain about. I don’t mind 60/40 personally, but I do understand some of the cards that are on the brink of 60/40 and get a 10 can sometimes look a little bad to those who don’t agree with 60/40 and leads the slab to be a tad less desirable.

Overall, the way I see it is they’re by far the best grading company in the UK, if you don’t like their slabs or grading criteria your other option is to wait 6 months

Used them for grading twice now, great service and best slabs out of everyone I've gone to so far. Colour match + ACE labels are much better than any other company and the UI of the website shows everything being done step by step. I have sent a third submission in already.

Graded 3 times. Always been a very smooth experience. Easy to track progress, slabs are always well made and delivered well packaged. The ACE labels are the best of the graders. Slightly pricey but definitely worth it.

Wow what can I say amazing company amazing support staff and amazing products!
Support staff are out of this world and go an extra mile for you had some issues with DHL loosing the package within 2 days the staff had this sorted and paid me out compensation very fairly . Recently 3 months later the package showed back up at Ace and they was ever so kind as to send it out to me for free !!!

Cards came back well packaged - one slab had a defect (hair encapsulated in slab) but was remediated. Customer service was helpful and responsive throughout remediation process.

Submitted a handful of times had no issues, slabs look clean especially with the ACE label. Turn around times are usually on point, if not faster. Best grading company IMO!!
