Impossible deadline
We had an impossible deadline of sharp 24 hours. In the beginning, there was a resilience to promise delivery on time and we were preparing for the worse but after talking to the management things were solved and we got excellent service our our display on time!

Incredible customer service
Incredible customer service. The final product is amazing, and my client is very pleased. Did I mention the customer service? They (Courtney) were very helpful in alleviating my fears on a ridiculously tight deadline. Will definitely be back.

Display not delivered no responses
We ordered a display for delivery in New York on the 22nd January. The display did not arrive.
After many calls we were told that the display had been refused delivery and was being returned by Fedex to Ace Exhibits and there was no way it could be intercepted.
Today is February 12th and after emails to Rafael we still dont have our display.
Do not use this company, we are out nearly $1800.00

The delivery was rejected because the recipient name submitted with the order wasn’t a registered guest so the hotel refused it. Unfortunately, this is out of our control.
As mentioned in an email from your account executive, earlier this week FedEx labeled it as “LOST." If the shipping carrier cannot track your package down by Friday, we will decide next steps to ensure this is properly handled for you.

Ace Exhibits was very helpful when we were in a pinch for a corporate event. They were responsive on the chat, their platform was intuitive to use when uploading artwork, and the products came out beautifully. Their prices were affordable without sacrificing quality.I also loved that they were American Made!

Hi quality printing and service
Ordering experience was simple. They give you a basic template and easy to understand instructions for what artwork will or won't come out correctly. Once the image is uploaded they give you a overlay where there might be cutting or parts that will not be seen. I do wish the preview could have bit better resolution.
