We booked through Access Nepal and the service was absolutely amazing and seamless. Sadhana made sure that everything was accounted for. We were greeted and picked up at the airport. The transport to the hotel was taken care off. We met with Sadhana and Subodh (the bestest of guides) at the hotel prior to the trek and they answered all of our questions. Subodh was extremely knowledgeable and was able to arrange for the best of accommodations on the trek. Plus, having a guide with us provided us with a peace of mind while at the airports. We had two porters, Netar and Bichon. Both were exceptional, funny, and friendly! The hardest workers out there!! Once the trek was done. The company arranged for the transport to the airport. Thank you Access Nepal for the trip of a lifetime. You made it easy and the experience was unforgettable!!

Access Nepal was a great trekking company that we used for our trip to EBC last fall 2025. Communication was prompt and informative and their guide and porters were first rate workers and personable men! In fact, not only were they great trekking companions, our guide helped remove a handful of stickers from my hand from a bush I grabbed to avoid falling face first into mud and rock! He knew the local tea houses and their people and we never had any issues with meals drinks or rooms! You won't be disappointed with Access Nepal if you venture into the Himalayas!!

We had an amazing trip with our guide Pradip, who was amazing during our 14 day trip to the Mount Everest base camp. Pradip was well organised and knew exactly what to do at all times, and we are very thankful of his way of being. He is very caring and competent, and we felt safe on the entire trip. Access Nepal was very good at handling our flight cancellations from Lukla, and got us home safe, when the weather conditions were bad. We would definitely recommend travelling with them, and we had the trip of our lifetime.

It was such a beautiful tour to Kathmandu, Pokhara, Poon Hill and Chitwan, I loved every second of it. 😍

Sadhana did an amazing job in organizing the whole trip with transport, great guides and the accomodations. 🎉

We were honestly a bit skeptical at first because the company had SO MANY good reviews — but it turns out they were absolutely deserved. The service was genuinely outstanding from start to finish.

Our guide, Subodh, was calm, friendly, and incredibly intuitive. He always seemed to know when we needed a break, a slower pace, or a change in plan. Trekking with him felt safe and relaxed, and his ability to read the situation made a huge difference on the tougher days.

Our porter Netra, added so much fun and positivity to the journey. He and Subodh have worked together for many years, and you can really feel the great energy and teamwork between them.

As someone who is overweight, I was nervous about whether I could manage the trek. But if you’re used to walking longer distances at home, you can definitely do it. A big part of it is mental. The days are long and challenging, but the incredible landscape pushes you forward and makes you want to keep going.

Halfway through, Subodh and our tour planner, Sadhana, adjusted the route for us so the days would be more manageable. We were originally supposed to hike much longer each day, but they changed the plan without any hesitation. There was no pressure, no problem — just pure care and flexibility. This gave me so much peace of mind and allowed us to truly enjoy the trek.

I can wholeheartedly recommend this team. They don’t just guide you through the mountains — they support you as a person, create comfort and confidence, and make the entire experience unforgettable! :)

This is my SECOND time with Access Nepal. Last time I went with them was back in December of 2022. It was exceptional. I requested the same guide because he is the best! Subodh. And he didn't disappoint! He will do whatever it takes to make sure your trip is a success. He monitors you for altitude sickness and makes decisions based on that to ensure the climb goes well. He is sooo patient, and kind hearted. He tried his hardest to get us a tea house with a room with its own western toilet. Cause he knew we really cared about this. They aren't always available! We had Aita as our porter. He was also great! Together they make a great team. Access Nepal is great at communicating everything before the trip and after. Sadhana (the manager) met with us before the trek, and after to ensure it all went okay. The dinner with Subodh the day before was excellent. He made sure to let us know if we needed anything before we left Kathmandu. We did Annapurna Circuit this time. We did Everest base camp back in December 2022. The treks were both amazing!! Both brought tears to my eyes :') Thank you Access Nepal for making our second trip to Nepal a success. We even got upgraded rooms this time in the hotels in Pokhara and in Kathmandu. :D I left Nepal with beautiful memories and with my heart full. Thank you guys!!

My dad and I recently completed the Everest Basecamp trek with Access Nepal, and we couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From start to finish, everything was smooth, well-organized, and professionally handled.

Our guide, Dev Man, was exceptional—always helpful. His calm demeanor, deep knowledge of the trail, and positive attitude made a big difference on especially the tougher days. Our porter, Netar, was also amazing—friendly, reliable, and incredibly hardworking.

My dad started feeling the effects of the high altitude early on, but Dev Man handled the situation perfectly. He explained the cause, reassured us that it was a common effect, and gave helpful advice to manage it, which really put us at ease.

It was without a doubt one of the best experiences I’ve ever had, and trekking with access Nepal made it even better. When my dad and I got home, we already started to talk about doing one of the many other trekking routes access Nepal is doing, and brining my younger sisters as well.

So if you’re considering a trek in Nepal, we highly recommend Access Nepal. The service, professionalism, and genuine care they showed us made this a once-in-a-lifetime adventure.

This was an unforgettable, life-changing experience. It began with an incredible trek, where our guide Puru took great care of us, ensuring our safety and providing valuable insights along the way. On the final day, we shared a beautiful ring ceremony amidst the stunning backdrop of the Himalayas. When Laura and I returned to Kathmandu, Sadhana and the team at Access Nepal organized a wedding that was beyond our dreams. They thought of every detail, making the day truly special and unforgettable.

This was truly a life changing experience. It started with the amazing trek where we were well taken care of and informed by our guide Puru. He made sure we were safe from the beginning to the end. On the final day of the trek we had a ring ceremony amongst the Himalayas. When Zac and I returned to Kathmandu we had a wedding that was made possible by Sadhana and the team at Access Nepal. They made sure the day was so special for us and they thought of so many little details. It was so memorable and so special to be able to share this day.
Definitely recommend for anyone who wants to trek and have such a truly unique experience.

Access Nepal did a fantastic job organizing our trip to Everest Base Camp. They planned logistics with us for over a year (even though there were only 3 of us) and communicated quickly and clearly. Our guide Jivan was so incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and proficient. He answered my (million) questions as we trekked each day, patiently and with humor. Tek and Bashante, our porters, were unbelievable. Besides carrying some of our luggage, they also carried a box of fresh fruit all the way up just to help our bodies maintain some nutrition. I'm really happy to recommend Access Nepal for any of your travels in the Himalyas - you won't be disappointed!

I went with Access Nepal for my Everest Base Camp 14 day trek, and I had an incredible experience!

From my very initial inquiry, Sadhana was quick to respond and answer any questions. She made me feel very comfortable and connected throughout the entire process, and provided me with all the relevant information leading up to my arrival. When we finally met in Kathmandu to discuss the trek, she was just as friendly and kind and made me feel at ease knowing I was starting the next morning.

I was met by my guide Om Prakash at the Kathmandu airport. From there he was with me the entire time as we traveled to Lukla to begin our trek and until I returned to Kathmandu. Om Prakash was an excellent and friendly guide, with so much knowledge of the area, the culture, the route, where to stay and safe places to eat and drink, and he also took the best photos! It was very helpful to have a local speaking guide to handle flight and accommodation logistics on my behalf, making sure I have somewhere to stay and eat every night. Throughout the trek, he managed my health and recommended me the best course of action when I wasn’t feeling 100%. He set the trekking pace accordingly to ensure my best success.

Our porter, Bidur, was also extremely lovely during the trek. He handled my things with proper care, always made sure to have it ready on time by the evening, was extremely friendly and nice to talk to, and provided excellent service and companionship.

Overall I had a 10/10 experience with Access Nepal: the trip coordinator Sadhana, my guide Om Prakash and my porter Bidur. I would recommend going with Access Nepal if you are looking to conquer the EBC trek or any similar in Nepal!

did the Three Passes Trekking with Access and I can assure you that it was the best experience of my life.
Sadhana gave me all the support a few weeks before the trip, organized the itinerary, a guide gave me all the tips before the trip, clothes, health, itinerary, tips and everything else.
In addition to everything, Lakpa was my guide, I don't know what would have become of me without him, he recognized the moments when I was very tired, he arranged all my organization for a peaceful stay in the lodges and he gave me a lot of support.
Anyway, I recommend Access with my eyes closed, I want and will go back to Nepal in the near future and do other trekkings. It was my life's dream come true!

Amazing holiday trekking the Manaslu Circuit with Access Nepal! This was for us the second time we went trekking in Nepal with Access Nepal, and we are once again 100% satisfied with the amazing service. Sadhana is always available and incredibly kind, we had a long email exchange in order to organize the trek according to our needs. We decided to have a modified itinerary for the trek and Access Nepal has been amazing in accommodating our wishes. Moreover, our guide Giri was incredibly helpful during the trek, making sure we would always get the best rooms on the trek, the best service, and he was always very flexible regarding changing plans depending on our needs or weather forecast. The holiday was super smooth from the moment we step foot in Nepal to the moment we left. Access Nepal has 100% attention to the client needs, has an incredibly helpful and happy staff, we are so happy to be trekking with them and we will do it again.

The Manaslu circuit trek is absolutely stunning, it was so much better than we expected, and we are incredibly happy to have witnessed the amazing views the trek has to offer. There`s a road in construction on the trek, and I think if you`re planning on doing this amazing trek you should do it NOW, before the road construction goes too far into the valley. The side treks to Pungyen Gompa and the Tibetan border were highlights of the holiday, if you have time please make sure to add a couple of nights in Samagaon and Samdo to take the side treks, you will love them. Access Nepal and Sadhana are super helpful in customizing your trek, you will not be disappointed.

Overall, for the second time top scores to Access Nepal team, we are incredibly pleased with the service, the friendship, the professionalism and the feeling of being in good hands that come with trekking with Access Nepal. We recommend them wholeheartedly!

Amazing experience on the Langtang Valley Trek. I am not an experienced hiker but Naba, the Mountain guide and Access Nepal were amazing in all aspects( the organization of the trek, care of the group, knowledge of the área, English level etc.) I highly recommend this trek and this company to anyone looking to hike in Nepal, whether beginner or expert hiker. This trek is not so populated and you really get to experience the local lifestlye of the people. 10/10 in my opinion.
