Great service from Access models
Great service from Access models, model arrived in quite a quick time. Unfortunately when we assembled the model and came to power it up we found that tha ESC wasn't working, so I will send the ESC back and hope to get a new one of a refund.

We’re very sorry to hear about the suspected ESC issue. We do have a 30-day returns policy which fully covers faults; we simply ask that customers contact us before sending anything back so that we can carry out a little troubleshooting first and arrange the best solution as quickly as possible.
We want to be certain that every model we sell performs exactly as it should. I’ve sent you an email requesting a few more details about the ESC so we can look into this properly and get everything resolved for you as soon as possible.

My favourite model shop!
Access Models is a great model shop with a wide range of products and all at reasonable prices. I can't resist dropping in for a browse or a chat when I am in town. I have also found if there is a product I want they they don't usually stock, they can usually get hold of it! We are lucky to have you in Newark.
