SHAME ON YOU BRANDI HAIL!! What you did to me was shameful. Set up my next 6 month policy with a different agency which charged my bank account double th price then you tacked on Roadside Service after I told you NO! Additional $69. When I tried several attempts to text and call you, no reply. When I finally get you, you talk down to me and tell me your canceling everything that very day. Told me it was mandatory I HAD to get Roadside Service to get ins with you. Rip me off then threaten to cancel my policy!! SHAME ON YOU!!
