It’s now been 10 years and my husband and I have yet to have Accelerated Taxes located in Florida resolve our tax issues. In fact they failed to protect us and everyone the 4 times we requested to speak with an attorney, they would not let us. They claim they are getting anywhere with the IRS and yet years have gone by with no progress. The initial attorney told us we would have a very low payment if any like 25 dollars a month but that attorney like several other employees are no longer with the company. An accountant doing our taxes made incredible errors that told the irs we owed them in 2017 however we did not owe and our business didn’t show a profit for several years however the company did not correctly enter the information they erect sent and it was more than several years before they tried to correct the bad work they did. Avoid using this company because they will not protect you from the irs holding your passport or even taking out liens on your property. We just want to save other people from suffering the damages that happened to us because of their poor performance in correctly doing taxes and providing the protection we were informed they were providing us. Be very careful

If your rep is Justin Nasuti run for the hills, this guy hasn’t gotten back to me and I’ve messaged him over a dozen times. The service here is terrible, o other way to put it,

No one ever gets back to you or does anything there its all scam and all the good reviews look fake!!!!!!!!!!!

This company does not honor their commitments. They agreed to pay for a database, and have not paid in full for several months now.

I have been trying to get a hold of multiple employees and nobody has answered in the last 2 months. This was a referral from THE HARTFORD which made me trust them, but at this point, all I think they are trying to do is to sell the financing. I hope someone reads this and contacts me.

Excellent explanation of the process and the required supporting documents. Immediate processing of the submission and great follow-up and updates by all associates that I dealt with.

From the referral from The Hartford, Accelerate Tax took the reins and guided me through the process. A couple of hours of sending documents and my part was done. I was hoping for more money but they squeezed what they could from what I sent them. I would use them again.

Company makes a confusing process very easy to complete. Staff very helpful. Communication is great and regular updates on the status provided. A pleasure to work with especially in these current times.

In general, I was happy with the process. However, the communication process was a little disjointed. I understand that this was partly on our side as I was the primary point of contact (3rd party Controller for the company) but I asked the President/CEO/owner (Pete) to respond to some questions. Consequently, some communication went to him and some to me. Also, I received an email about scheduling a final update call, but did not receive a call at the scheduled time.

All members of Accelerate Tax were extremely professional. They answered all my questions almost immediately. Special thanks to Andrew Jonestein, China Brooks, Amir Anet & Shawn for all they did to move this along.

We are a small business and have been told multiple times that we did not qualify for an ERC Tax Credit and Accelerate Tax proved that this information wasn't correct, at all! GREAT JOB and GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!
