Absolute rubbish this firm takes your money and does nothing to retrieve the debt ! Paid for a DVLA check that was never done and refused to return my fee.
They never return calls no updates never even saw the debtor in a year they just take your money and keep fobbing you off with excuse after excuse.
Do not give this firm your money they are rubbish.

They helped close out a 3 year saga, once i contacted them they were responsive and recovered the monies quickly once the writ was issued. I highly recommend them.

Paid them to collect a debt, nothing happened for months repeatedly chased them to be told there was an “allocation issue” chased again a month or so later to be told someone will be visiting. Roll on another 6 months to be told the debt can’t be collected and I need to PAY ANOTHER £90 for them to close the case! Absolutely useless would be a better name. I’m now hundreds down as well as the £2000 original debt never again

We employed absolute to collect on 2 High Court Writs for us. And over the last few months they have been nothing but awful.
Customer service is appalling promised call back after call back which never happened. only time was today when I warned them of incoming 1 star review.
They charge a fee upfront and a fee for everything else they do which is all they actually care about. Your fee gets you 3 visits which they dont keep you updated of whats happening and the effort when there on site is shocking.
Dont waste your time or money with these, just look at the number of other people saying the same thing!!!
Thanks for wasting my time and plunging me further into debt.

UPDATE: Please can you provide any evidence where I asked you to work outside the law??? What I said was he came out you let him lock the door so no entry could be made! Please don't state that I have asked you to do anything illegal again!

Absolute Enforcement is an Absolute Disappointment – Services Not Delivered since March 2025

I paid Absolute Enforcement on 03 March 2025 to escalate a CCJ and obtain a Writ of Control from the High Court and enforce the recovery of my money owed to me. This was approved by the Royal Courts of Justice Group - Foreign Process Section of the HM Courts & Tribunals Service, London. It’s now 30 July 2025, and despite repeated follow-ups, they have failed to deliver the service I paid for.

I began keeping records of my calls and emails from 24 July 2025. That day, a male staff member [name withheld) said he was the only one at the office and that he’d pass my message to the person handling my case [her name withheld] - who supposedly worked from home. No callback. On 29 July 2025, a female staff member [name withheld] told me the case handler was on holiday and would return to work on 30 July 2025. She promised to investigate and call me back. Again, no callback.

On 30 July 2025, after speaking to my legal adviser, I sent an official email to the named female individual at Absolute Enforcement handling the case. Within 23 minutes, I received a reply stating they were “awaiting confirmation from their Legal team to proceed with Enforcement” — despite having already paid and previously been told the Legal team had approved "we can now proceed" enforcement using the Sealed Certificate on 7 April 2025.

At 4 PM today, 30 July 2025, I called again. My call was ignored until I tried multiple options. When I finally got through, I was told the case handler had “just left the office for home after her official meeting.” This pattern of avoidance and contradictory communication is unacceptable and unprofessional.

I’ve dealt with three different staff members, none of whom seem to have a grasp of my case. Their internal communication is chaotic, their professionalism lacking, and their accountability nonexistent.

I’ve now requested a refund. Based on my experience — and similar reviews from other clients — I strongly advise the public to "GO ELSEWHERE".
Absolute Enforcement is unreliable, evasive, and unprofessional.
Never again. Absolute Enforcement is an Absolute JOKE!

Be careful using this company - I have lodged a complaint via the Enforcement Conduct Board who state;
‘Unfortunately, it doesn't appear we would be able to look into your complaint as 'Absolute Enforcement' doesn't appear to be an accredited firm.’
I found Absolute Enforcement to be aggressive and was even hung up on, whilst in the act of complaining about the conduct of a bailiff this company sent to my home in error.
Basic due diligence would have revealed the property had been sold more than a year ago - the person they wanted, evicted more than two years prior.
We have no link to the debtor and his family, who are the subject of an ongoing Met Police investigation.
Neither was a letter sent in advance by Absolute Enforcement - a legal requirement - plus an opportunity for us to have prevented the entire situation.
The bailiff lied to gain access, claiming to be a courier delivering a parcel - again, illegal conduct.
The bailiff also lied about his job title, claiming to be a High Court Enforcement Officer when he is in fact a bailiff with far lesser powers.
I immediately called the police because his name was not on the government HCEO register and put them on speaker phone.
Absolute Enforcement are not the only people seeking the former residents of our home.
The bailiff refused to believe the police officer despite my phone screen saying ‘POLICE’ and said to him “you could be anybody.”
We endured a thoroughly unnecessary and unpleasant ordeal, when we are already stressed by ‘all sorts’ coming for the former occupants in the mistaken belief they still own/live at our home.
It is beyond unfair and Absolute Enforcement should be ashamed of how they treated me.

Unfortunately we have had shocking service from Absolute enforcement. Over 7 months they have only twice made contact with ourselves to give a less than satisfactory report on the only 2 visits of a bailiff to only one of 2 addresses of the debtor. There has been no research or continued research into the debtor company by them just a couple of phonecalls. We've no idea how they get any decent reviews. They never return calls, and seem to do very little towards getting any money back. I would advise anyone to go elsewhere!

It was my first time contacting an enforcement agency, and Absolute Enforcement delivered as promised. I have no complaints whatsoever. They took my information and completed the entire process; I recovered my money in less than a month. I would like to highlight again that I was new to this process and they absolutely delivered and helped me, I could not be more grateful.

Absolute professionals. They knew the law and regulations better than all of us. Would definitely call them again, seems like they could take on any job no matter the problem.

Avoid this company at all costs!! I must say I wholeheartedly agree with the other reviewers who have expressed their frustration and anger with this company. Shocking, shocking services. They mislead with impunity and appear to have no shame in how badly they treat their customers, especially those with a disability. I engaged this company on behalf of my Client (whom I am sure will write his own review) to collect on a debt issued by the High Court to recover a large sum of money for my client. This was in June 24. To this date (now April 25) they have consistently failed to fulfil their contracted obligations and each time, they have provided another excuse for this failure. I have records of all correspondence and phone calls made to this company consistently chasing the action, what responses have been given to me and yet, still they have done NOTHING. They now refuse to refund the money paid to them by my client and instead are attempting to bully him. What a terrible company and as stated, I agree with other reviewers, including that of Ash (Feb 7, 2025) who states "Absolute Enforcement are not even a member of Civil Enforcement Association (CIVEA)" I am minded to make an official complaint direct to the High Court Enforcement Officers Association

I am very satisfied with the service provided. It might have taken a while to get the case resolved but in the end its all sorted with great result.

I’ve been working for absolute enforcement since 2018 and it’s where I taken steps in high court enforcement after nearly 3 years of working local authorities work with another company and Chris gave me the opportunity learn more enhance my skills to another lever to level 3 taking control of goods and he was there to help if I was ever unsure on anything as we all know not Every case the same and that could be early in morning also and another helping from day one is becka she been star there at the end of the phone and the help has made become the I’m today and especially when I went through lowest days of my life when my late wife passed and support in so different ways which I’ve been truly grateful for and always will be and also put me on tv for call the bailiff season 2

Worked for Chris and Absolute Enforcement as a door supervisor for a few years, had a good range of shifts made available and well organised using ConnectTeam software. Requests were given on where and when I was available to work and where able, taken into account which was good of the company. Chris was receptive as a hands on leader, and supportive when on the job site.

The team at Absolute enforcement are fantastic. Epitomised by Chris and the way he leads from the front. He ensures everything required on site is available and staff are appropriately catered for to perform ever professionally. The empathy he demonstrates trickles down every staff member and truly speaks to their professionalism.
