Absentify allows me to easily track time off requests and staff schedules. I love being able to see the calendar at a glance and know where everyone is, and I especially appreciate the insights. Absentify has been easy to work and is very user friendly.

Das Tool ist übersichtlich und die Handhabung ist einfach. Die gesamte Oberfläche ist somit benutzerfreundlich (sowohl für Admins und für normale User). Zudem ist absentify im Teams zugänglich, was für unseren Verband optimal ist. Der Support ist schnell und kundenfreundlich. Wir sind zufrieden und können absentify empfehlen.

I have recently had the pleasure of using the Absentify Teams App, and I must say it has exceeded all my expectations. This app has truly revolutionized attendance management in my workplace, providing a seamless and efficient solution for tracking employee absences. I cannot emphasize enough how impressed I am with its features and user-friendly interface.

Wir hatten noch das analoge "Passierschein A38" System bis ich (Leitung HR&Compliance) recht kurzfristig vor Weihnachten das GO für die Implementierung von Absentify ab 1.1.23 bekommen habe. Hat mir ein paar schlaflose Nächte bereitet, ob wie das schaffen einen mittelständischen Betrieb mit einigen Graurücken nahtlos umzustellen - aber es hat wirklich quasi ab Tag 1 wunderbar funktioniert. Das System ist leicht selbst einzustellen, sehr intuitiv und an den Ecken wo es (noch) nicht intuitiv ist oder wo man Hilfe benötigt, steht einem ein Support-Team immer sofort zur Verfügung. Neue Ideen werden sofort aufgenommen und in ein Community-Ticket-System übertragen wo der Status der Umsetzung transparent ist.

Was auch super angenehm ist: Es gibt keine Sales-Personen die einem die ganze Zeit auf die Zehen steigen, dass man doch noch etwas kaufen soll... Die monatlichen Paketpreise sind absolut fair und um vieles günstiger als alle Lösungen die ich sonst getestet habe.

This is a great leave tracking calendar that is very easy to use. I am so impressed that it can handle so many different work schedules and country calendars which is an amazing help for an international virtual team. I love the fact that so much is customizable. I could edit country calendars to match our office holidays. The help team are so friendly and helpful. I have been really impressed by how quickly they respond.

A very positive experience so far, engagement from all departments and managers alike. The roadmap seems to be very fulfilled and looking forward to further features coming down the pipeline

We have just started using absentify and so far it's checking all the boxes! Very easy to use, tracks hours for employees that work irregular shifts, and the time off request feature is very easy to use. Also, customer service is very fast!
