Misleading and troubling
I'm in the middle of a registration with this company. I'm scared I made a big mistake. They took my money and a copy of my drivers license. I understood that for $300 I would get an Alberta registration, CRA number, NUANS check, and GST number in 3 days. It's now 4 days and it's still not done. They argued that the 3 days is only for the Alberta registration, and that the rest takes longer. On day 3, they claimed their GST form wasn't working and sent me a link to a "sister company" MDLegal to enter personal data in an online form. The English on that website was so poor I didn't trust it as legit. Excuse after excuse. Delay after delay. I wouldn't recommend this company at all. I'm thinking my next stop is going to be a complaint to the BBB.
