Customer relations are a waste of time, do not respond to emails. I am owed £5000 as a refund due to change of flights following the outbreak of war in Middle East. The amount is not in dispute but there are no updates on when it will be refunded. They are happy to take money months before you fly, but loath to return or engage (my flights had to be changed to a different carrier - Turkish, from originally Emirates and downgraded from First Class to Business Class). As Customer relations, engagement with the customer helps.

We had a fantastic Champaign fuelled day out. Private jet chauffeured to venue and back and a magical visit to a top Champaign house followed by a Michelin starred lunch. Perfect day

An amazing day trip to the Reims to visit the Pommery champagne house and lunch after in the incredible Le Parc restaurant. Everything was impeccably organised and fantastic communication before the event, pitched at just the right level - not too much and not too little. I will definitely be exploring using their services again.

What a fantastic trip. The Masters lived up to my expectations.
Above and beyond kept me informed all the way from start to finish and it was a trip I will never forget.

Above and Beyond have some really good events which provide some inspiration beyond just sporting fixtures and although they are the middleman they select them well . We went to masked ball in Venice at the start of Carnival and it was memorable and excellent fun- highly recommended.

Molly and Lucy were able to respond quickly to queries and accommodate special requests without hassle and using WhatsApp they kept us informed on logistics

We have had a number of events with Above and Beyond and all have been expertly organised and delivered. From the world darts to football at Anfield, Toby and the team have been very helpful in all the events we have attended. We look forward to the future events already booked with them.

Our group was looked after throughout the trip, making it a seamless and thoroughly enjoyable event.

Just been ona Dubai Desert Classic Golf trip with Above and Beyond.

Lucy and Molly were absolutely amazing. What an Incountry team. Full on trip getting up early Playing golf, then Dinner and going out to some of the best places in Dubai. Came home knackered but met some awesome people on the trip, people who I will deffo keep in touch with.

Thanks to our boy Toby for getting me on this. Toby has served me with Hospitality for over 4 years now. Wont go anywhere else. Top guy, top trips.

Our family trip to Abu Dhabi for the final race of the F1 season was nothing short of out of this world — and that’s entirely down to the incredible team at Above & Beyond.

From the moment we booked, their customer care was on another level. The hotel they arranged was phenomenal, the tickets and seats were simply brilliant, and every detail felt carefully thought through to make our experience one we’d never forget. They were there every step of the way to ensure everything ran smoothly, and it genuinely felt like they wanted us to have the best time possible… which we absolutely did.

A huge thank you to Tom, Lucy, Molly, Jade, and the rest of the team — you made this more than just a trip; you created a memory our family will have forever.

A bit late with this review but we went to the Hungarian Grand Prix with Above and Beyond in August and it was a faultless experience. We were so well looked after from start to finish, Lucy and Jade got to know everyone in the group as individuals and made sure we all had everything we needed. The ladies truly went above and beyond - I was 31 weeks pregnant during the trip and they even went to the effort to find me non alcoholic alternatives during the welcome drinks and a stool high enough for the cocktail tables. The whole experience was excellently organised, and there were so many lovely touches which made it so personal and memorable.

Top class service from this company. I deal with Alex for my bookings and he provides a great service. I had to deal with Molly recently regarding ticket arrangements for an event. Molly was replying to me so quickly on a Sunday that I thought I was dealing with a bot! It was nice to meet Molly and the team at the Ascot November meeting. This was a wonderful experience that ran like clockwork, great food, great service.

As always, easy to book, ease, of information and pleasant staff to meet and enjoy the day with. Ascot was quality.

The contact for available tickets was amazing, Daniel Parker got us some amazing tickets. The Lady Gaga CONCERT WAS AMAZING

My wife and I recently attended a fantastic cooking experience at The Langham Hotel in London, organised by Above and Beyond, and we were blown away by the quality of the event from start to finish.
A special mention has to go to Toby Davies, who was absolutely outstanding throughout the entire process. His attention to detail, regular communication, and genuine enthusiasm made everything run so smoothly. We always felt informed and well looked after, which really added to the excitement leading up to the event.
The experience itself was flawless — beautifully organised, great atmosphere, and the team made sure every little detail was perfect. It truly lived up to the company’s name — they went above and beyond in every sense!
