Each of the members of the transaction team (AE, Processor, Underwriter, Closer, etc.) were easy to work with. Requirements were clearly laid out. We have closed on time with both of my experiences with ABL and had no surprises throughout. One item to note: there isn't a broker portal to be able to help facilitate the deal start to finish. Everything is email-based.

Every single transaction I close with ABL is flawless! Exceptional Team work headed up by a phenomenal loan officer Mailena. Wish all of my closings were with ABL!

Could give us zero stars I would. I’m not gonna type out everything that happened, but everything‘s been ridiculous. Everything‘s been incredibly last minute after all papers have been submitted. We were supposed to close several different times and they’re not don’t know where you guys come up with random stuff last minute. It’s been a disaster in the communication has been horrible go back and read the emails back-and-forth with 14 different people on it.

From the first call connecting with Michael Clawson my experience was exceptional! He answered every question and concern I had regarding a DSCR loan, which I did have plenty of! Michael went above and beyond verifying everything for me through underwriting before we began the process to reassure me!
