I was so excited to have ordered this and couldn’t wait to take delivery. I loved the look and style of the table but was sooo disappointed when it arrived. My fault I should have read what it was made from. I was expecting a heavy stone type of table. I was expecting something heavy and weighty. It looked great but was so light it felt like it was made out of a light fibreglass type of material. Table is a great shape great design but too light for my liking. My fault for not reading the description. Soo disappointed. I paid £800 in the sale and with discount if it had been £400/£500 I would have kept it. 😔😔😔

Thank you for taking the time to share such thoughtful feedback. We're so sorry to hear the Medina Coffee Table wasn't quite what you were hoping for, especially after how excited you were to receive it. We completely understand how disappointing it can be when a piece doesn't match your expectations.
We're really pleased to hear you loved the shape and design, but we appreciate your comments about the weight and material. The Medina is intentionally crafted from a lightweight composite to achieve its look while remaining easier to move, though we understand this isn't the substantial feel you were looking for. For anyone considering the piece, we do include the materials and product weight within the online product description to help give a better sense of its construction before purchasing.
Thank you again for your honest feedback. We'll be sure to share your comments with our team, and we hope we'll have the opportunity to help you find a piece that's the perfect fit for your home in the future.
AA Team x
