A water bottle worth RS 8 has been given which is boiling like a engine oil. Once I felt I should jump out of the running bus then I thought it’s my life and no will gonna bother so I changed my mind. Hope you understand what I am trying to express. I am not abusing due to some reasons. Seats are soooooooooooo uncomfortable instead of travelling in this bus I should have been travelled by my own 11 number bus. Worst travel experience with Jogeshwari Travels (Jogeshwari Enterprises).
During my journey from Bhopal to Mumbai, the bus was deliberately stopped at a specific highway restaurant where all food items were ridiculously overpriced. A single tandoori roti was ₹45 (5-star hotel pricing) and dal makhani was ₹230.
Outside, the same food is available at ₹10 for roti and around ₹100 for sabzi, often with better taste and quality. Here, passengers are forced to buy expensive food because there are no other options.
This clearly looks like a commission-based stop where passengers are being exploited. After paying such high ticket fares, this kind of treatment is completely unacceptable.
I strongly advise people to avoid Jogeshwari Travels if possible. Very disappointing and unfair practice.

Extremely poor and unsafe experience with AbhiBus & FlixBus. Despite booking a drop at Secunderabad Railway Station from chennai (Booking ID: AZ57317426**), the staff failed to properly announce or communicate the stop. I was alert, tracking the journey, and listening carefully, yet the stop was missed and I was informed 30 minutes later that it had already been crossed.
The staff gave an irresponsible response and dropped me at an unknown location, asking me to manage on my own. Being alone in an unfamiliar city, this caused severe distress—I was left stranded and crying on the roadside until a stranger helped me.
I raised a complaint, but the response has been unsatisfactory. They Offer ₹250 as compensation... missing my train, losing a working day, and undergoing such mental stress and finally just a call and saying for all this losses 250 rs... While my Uber to that unknown point to next railway station itself cause me 400..
This is clear negligence, lack of responsibility, and a serious risk to passenger safety. Strongly disappointed with the service.
To all girls traveling alone—please think twice before opting for this service.
Non reliable service
Non reliable service, we have booked 7 tickets for our family to travel between Kanyakumari to Kovalam, paid full money to Abhibus on 29.03.26, however, on the vary day of our travel at 5 AM our tickets were cancelled, with an SMS received from the vendor that our tickets were not confirmed. Later we found that our bus tickets were showing alloted to some other people as the the same bus was showing fully booked. This means Abhibus bookings are not honoured by their vendor itself. They just refunded our money leaving us stranded which delayed our travel plan. When complained their team gave fake promises which were never fulfilled. We'll not use this service again especially when travelling with family.

I booked with Abhi Bus for trip to Varanisi, they confirmed and converted Rs. 6298.95 to $70,34. As soon as booking was completed, a female called to cancel the ticket and said I will get a full refund. It is a scam because, they used my US dollar to take a fee of $1.87 convert to Rs. Seller rate of Rs. 92 = Rs. 172.33. As such, I actually did not get the full refund. Oh, I tried calling the number that the lady called from and it is not in service. This is fraud! Don’t book with this company.

Midnight, conductor woke me, accusing misbehavior with her in front of passengers. Humiliating! He asked her Did he misbehave? She said NO. Switched to U3 but couldn't sleep from stress/embarrassment.
My Heartfelt Apology to the Lady. Ma'am, truly sorry for the seat mix-up in the dark. No intent to discomfort safe travels 🙏 .

I tried to book a bus ticket, but without an Indian phone and Indian credit card is not possible which is very surprising in 2026. I contacted the support team to see if could buy the tickets with a different method, and they did not even try to help or give me a solution... They just don't care about tourism or foreigners... So just save your time and energy and book with another company.

I am sharing my factual experience with AbhiBus(a partner of ConfirmTkt/ixigo) regarding a recent booking. My bus was cancelled by the operator, but the coordination from the platform was extremely poor.
The Issues:
Lack of Notification: I was not given sufficient prior notice regarding the cancellation, causing significant travel disruption.
Support Gap: Their support emails are unresponsive, and getting a human response via the app is nearly impossible.
Refund Policy: Despite their "Abhi Assured" or "Travel Guarantee" claims, getting a full monetary refund back to my source account(rather than useless app credits/coupons) has been a struggle.
In my opinion, the service is unreliable because they do not take responsibility for the partner operators they list. If you value your time and money, book through more reliable channels or directly with the operator.

There are just fraud. Search page shows different fare, after creating account it adds around 100+ extra and while checkout, it adds additional 100+ rupees. Don't recommend to anyone. They having hidden charges upto 25% of the fare price.

I had booked a confirmed ticket to goa , and while going thuru the App i was reading the cancellation policy and by mistake i pressed continue button thinking it was yo read further, and immediately Abhi bus sends msgs saying ur tickets has been cancelled with zero refund, besides calling the call centre emailing them and informing them it was an error they refused to let me travel i have faced 1600 rs loss in this, i would nvr use Abhi bus service ever again

Fake refund promise/ assurance
Bus started one hour late and reached more than 2 hour late at destination, despite their 100% cashback promise they gave back 250rs for a 3500rs ticket. They promise to send back to original payment method but instead credit to abhibus wallet, that too can be used only in parts of 50rs on upcoming bookings. Total scam. Tried booking with them once. Never again.

Unfair Pricing Practices
I recently booked tickets through AbhiBus with Swami Ayyappa Travels, and my experience was extremely disappointing. Both the platform and the operator seem to be taking unfair advantage of customers through manipulative ticket pricing. When I booked my ticket, the fare was unreasonably high — almost double the average rate. However, just a day later, I noticed that the same seats and bus were being sold at half the price. This clearly shows that early customers are being exploited, while last-minute buyers get huge discounts. Such dynamic pricing without transparency is nothing but daylight robbery. It’s unacceptable that a reputed platform like AbhiBus allows such unethical practices by its partner operators. Passengers trust these platforms to offer fair pricing — not to loot money in the name of demand-based algorithms. I strongly urge AbhiBus to monitor and regulate their partners’ pricing policies.
Utterly disappointing
Utterly disappointing. Don't be fooled by their 'Benz Class' claims. Each ticket in ACLS Travels cost Rs.3499. My parents (both 60+) were travelling with my daughter (6 years old). They were treated very badly, refusal to use the toilet though their USP specifies this as a facility. The driver used foul language and also made them pay Rs. 1500 extra when my daughter really needed to use the toilet - he called them 'cleaning charges'. He used abusive languages and made the entire journey hell. And not so much as an apology from the driver or the operator! Worst experience - have paid lesser and been treated better.
And Abhibus did not manage the situation. They also did not do anything to reprimand the operator or take responsibility for what happened.
P.S: Travels don't just transport you from point A to point B. They are supposed to do that with the said comfort, amenities and some basic dignity! Shame on you!
