Slow delivery and battered product
When my produced FINALLY arrived it was all battered and in disgusting condition, which was not ideal as I purchased it as a gift. I also rang up and had awful customer service. The young man answered with just a 'hello' and was very rude. I won't be ordering again.

Found what i wanted.
The website was easy to negotiate and I secured what I was after for my daughter at a reasonable price. Good packaging and quickly dispatched. Unfortunately the constant email reminders/requests to review, are a little irritating!!
