When one of our founders first glimpsed three dimensional engraved crystal on his honeymoon, we were all mesmerized and immediately recognized its potential as a small business. I ordered my crystal and it came is in just a week. It was great as my pet had passed and I received him back on the same day. I was able to set him up all at the same time. I did order a light base from Amazon that was les expensive though. It looks amazing.

I was hesitant at first but pleasantly surprised
I was hesitant at first but pleasantly surprised. The website was easy to use. Both my shipments (one to Canada and one to the US) arrived faster than I expected and in line with their shipping commitment.

Great customer support and products
I have bought products from AB Crystal previously and was pleased. I still recommend them and their products. This most recent order's design would not fit well in the product I originally ordered. The company was very responsive in helping me change my order to get the best possible outcome. The first finished product did not match my intentions and AB Crystal quickly corrected it to my satisfaction. A product preview is not needed in most designs, but would have been helpful for this design. But their customer support overcame this and still earned a 5 star review.
