We've used Abbeygate since 2017 for all of our car insurance policy's, they offer full comprehensive insurance on older vehicles which is a great advantage. For the last few years Artur has been our main point of contact, very professional via email and always follows up with phone calls, he's excellent to deal with.

Having just arrived from the UK I needed help getting insurance for two English cars in a country where I do not yet understand the system.

I contacted Abbeygate before I bought my first car in Portugal. I was immediately forwarded to Roberto Viegas and within no time I received all relevant infomation from him. After I had finalized the purchase of the car the same day, I called again, and with the previously provided client ID I was connected to Roberto again who remembered me right away. Within a couple of minutes he noted down some last information and I received an email with the whole documentation and a fully valid insurance right away.
