Tolle, schicke, minimalistische Uhr. Aber was mich wirklich und am meisten begeisterte, war der Kundenservice. Selten einen so freundlichen, hilfsbereiten, lösungs- und kundenorientierten Kundenservice erlebt. Von diesem Kundenservice sollten sich diverse Mitbewerber eine Scheibe abschneiden.

I've had my beautiful AbArt watch a few weeks now and I absolutely love it. I adore the sleek, minimalist design, the vibrant colour and the stylish strap. It's incredibly comfortable and keeps excellent time.

It's been a pleasure dealing with this company. Communication and service have been excellent.

Die Lieferung erfolgte aus Asien mit guter Sendungsverfolgung. Die Uhr selbst funktioniert einwandfrei, allerdings wurde ein falsches Modell geliefert. Ich hatte das Modell G-101 bestellt. Erhalten habe ich aber das Modell G-105 (ohne Ziffern). Da mir eine Rücksendung nach Asien aber zu umständlich ist und mir das Modell G-101 auch gut gefällt werde ich die Uhr trotzdem behalten.
Das Armband ist nicht schlecht, aber auch nicht besonders gut. Das Leder ist nicht von bester Qualität und etwas steif. Es wird der Qualität der Uhr nicht gerecht. Ich habe aber noch zwei sehr gute Wechselarmbänder aus deutscher Fertigung, die ich fur die a.b.art Uhr verwenden kann. Das hatte ich beim Kauf schon mitbedacht.
Der Karton, in dem die Uhr verpackt ist, macht einen sehr guten Eindruck.

Insgesamt ziehe ich einen Stern für das falsche Modell und einen Stern für die mittelmäßige Qualität des Armbands ab. Bei diesem Preisniveau sollte das eigentlich nicht so sein.

Ik was de gelukkige winnaar van hun mooie give away , zoals beloofd kreeg ik het mooie horloge in zeer mooie verpakkingsdoos.. van mijn vrienden kreeg ik complimenten van het uniek, elegant mooi ogende juweel .. Dankuwel voor de vlugge bezorging en de mooie dameshorloge

Optisch sehr gut, technisch weniger. Nach einigen Wochen Tragzeit hin und wieder zeitliche Abweichungen zwischen 10 und 30 Minuten.

Der Online-Shop sitzt wohl in Asien, kommuniziert mittels KI perfekt auf deutsch und beruft sich auf die Traditionsgeschichte aus Deutschland und der Schweiz von a.bart. Die mehrmalige Bitte um Mitteilung der Rücksendeadresse bleibt unbeantwortet.
