I booked this company for a boiler service, gas safety check & electrical inspection. The engineer arrived on time then left after approx. 1 hour stating that everything was in perfect order.
After he had gone, we could not get the boiler to work. Text messages sent to the engineer regarding the problem were not answered. A final text message sent to the company was answered a few hours later by which time we had fixed the problem - he had forgot to turn the gas supply on at the mains!
We were told the Invoice would be issued within the hour and after payment, the certifcates would be sent out
Despite chasing, the Invoice was not issued until several days later. 4 days after paying for the Invoice, we have not received any certificates. We only get messages by text & when trying to call the company the phone isnt answered. Despite being told we will receive the certificates on several occasions, we have yet to receive them.
A search on Companies House reveals this company is about to be struck off DO NOT USE

Customer service from Maya was excellent from booking appointment through to providing the certificates. Gas Safety Certificate and EPC inspections were done quickly and efficiently by a friendly and professional engineer, Ajvinder. Brilliantly competitive price. Highly recommend and would use again.

I'm glad I used the services of Aaron j Barclay. My property in Kensington was let in 7 days where other estate agents had it listed with them for over 2 months. I took advantage of the complimentary services such as professional photos which were a big improvement on other agents photos. The floor plan was also better detailed.

Flexible and approachable and can deal with tenants directly to make your life more simple. Have been using them for a few years now for everything from gas certificates to inventories and have always been excellent and punctual with feedback. Good value for money. Not a bad word to say about them! Would recommend time and time again.
