He’s been helping me deal with a long-running PAYE refund issue with HMRC (still ongoing), and has been proactive, knowledgeable, and very responsive throughout. Particularly impressed that he identified HMRC had confused my company with another – which was key to moving things forward. Highly recommended.

I've been a contractor for many years and have dealt with a range of accountants during that time. Aardvark Accounting genuinely stand out as one of the best I’ve worked with.

Aardvark are great accountants for anyone setting up or running a business . I set up a business 3 months ago and they have been so so helpful. I was recommended them by a friend who had also used them and was very happy with their service.
Very easy to deal with and a special shout out and thank you to Jasmin and Kian who have answered all my questions promptly and accurately.
I thought it would be hard not to have a local accountant but it has been fine. All the systems work well and I have got discounts on insurance by going through them.

Having just reached my first-year anniversary with Aardvark Accounting, I am incredibly pleased with the service.
I was initially nervous signing up for accountancy through 'some web site,' but Aardvark generally and Tony Sadler specifically have significantly exceeded my fears and expectations. Tony has been spectacular at supporting me when I need help and steering me when I get overconfident. He makes strategy discussions very easy and is extremely patient.
The wider team is always on point and provides the right information clearly and timely. They catch just enough issues that I know I'm in good hands ensuring I get this right. Their guidance, particularly around personal tax, has set us up extremely nicely, making a typically complex process much simpler than expected. Their help is genuinely appreciated.
One year in, I would wholeheartedly recommend Aardvark to a peer, rather than some anonymous web site its a human face, leading and guiding me with a team behind them making sure it all goes right.

Great Accountancy services
The Account/Client Directors at Aardvark are great! They are very responsive and clearly very knowledgable in their field. Their experience with small scale limited companies was perfect me to get my business off the ground - Tony guided me through the process and made the tax and setup complications as seamless as possible.
Occasionally there is a disconnect between my accountant and the Aardvark business/customer team which can lead to some confusion, however this is quickly resolved and a minimal issue

Key decisions were made based on assumptions rather than explicit confirmation, leading to confusion around services, fees, and responsibilities. Technical work was completed, but the lack of transparency and structured communication made the process stressful and frustrating.

Throughout our time working together, we endeavoured to be responsive and clear in all communications, and all queries raised were addressed as they arose. When you decided to move forward with managing your accounting independently, we ensured that all work you had paid for was completed and provided a full handover to support that transition.
Regarding the Self Assessment Tax Return, we acknowledge that the fee was not quoted in advance. Once this was raised, we reduced the invoice by 50% as a gesture of goodwill. We also continued to provide access to our systems for several months at no additional cost to help make the handover as smooth as possible.
We genuinely want to ensure you feel confident moving forward. If there is anything you would like to go over, or if you have any questions about your responsibilities now that you are managing the accounts yourself, please do reach out to your Client Director and we would be more than happy to arrange a call.

Great accounting service for a new limited company
Feel like I'm in good hands with Aardvark. Have a dedicated account manager on hand to welcome you and provide guidance, but also a very supportive team covering year end accounts and the many Companies House requirements.
I'd recommend for anyone new to being self employed, who has their own small limited company, who wants to feel assured that they have expert accounting advice to hand.

I’d been employed all my life before…
I’d been employed all my life before deciding to go freelance and set up my own Ltd company. I had no experience with accounts, but Ryan at Aardvark has supported me throughout the year — always quick to reply to emails and patient in talking me through everything I needed to do with HMRC and their accounting package, FreeAgent. The service has been excellent and their fees very reasonable. Highly recommended.

I set up a new Company
I set up a new Company to commence a consultancy service and received fantastic advice and guidance. The process was seamless and a number of staff helped me through establishing the Company. I then met Ryan Goldingay, Client Director, and the additional advice provided was so helpful in an area that I had not been involved with before. He gave me guidance on Business Tax , personal taxes and will assist with queries as I commence consultancy contracts. Thanks to all the staff especially Ryan.
