Used this company many times, never had a problem.
Always on time, my car has a tracker and I can see it's parked securely closed to the airport.
Have recommended them to many friends without any problems

Do not use A38 Meet and Greet. While our car was parked with them it was damaged. No reply to emails. The dash cam was on in our car while it was with them and they moved the car countless times, driving too fast and wheel spinning in the fields they were parked in. The car was dirty and they attempted to pressure wash it clean, very badly! When driving the car they thrashed it to the airport as you can hear it on our dash cam. Do not recommend and avoid using. There is a reason why it is cheap, they do not care and disrespectful of your vehicle while driving it. We will be going back to using the on site car parking at Bristol airport.

This is the 3rd year In a row I’ve used these, perfect service couldn’t ask for anymore really simple process.

Wouldn’t use this company again. Meet and greet, when it suits them. Gave ample notice of when we would be dropping off our car and were waiting for the driver to arrive for some time before they turned up in an airport tavern van. On the return journey, we did as instructed and called when we had our luggage. It was then over 30 minutes before the driver arrived. It was 4:30am and I had two children with me - hence why I booked meet and greet. They come as and when it suits them in an airport tavern van. Very rude when I queried what the delay was and hung up on me. Save your money and go elsewhere.

This is the 2nd time we have used these guys and again no problems. A call 15 mins before you get to the airport and a call when your on your way out on return. Yes the car is a bit dusty on collection, just get it washed when you get home with the money you have saved with their very reasonable charges. Definitely use again.

Our car was being used whilst we were on holiday instead of being safely parked. Proof of this was only discovered when we received a letter from the police from someone reporting our car for driving dangerously on a day that we were clearly out of the country. No response from the company despite emails and phone calls. Reported to police!

My partner booked A38 parking, the ‘parkandgo’ website have them down as 5 stars but they are far from it. Do not book them, let the reviews on here be your warning.

They are careless, dishonest and classless. My partner picked up the car from the site they parked it on, which is a field just by the Airport Tavern, so expect your car interior and exterior to be dirty. They usually meet you at the drop off in the airport but my partner had to pick it up from their ‘parking’ because he was hospitalised on our holiday and had to extend the trip, so our flight home was then to a different airport.

The front bumper and number plate was damaged. The ‘man’ said he would check cctv to see if the damage was present when he drove the car into the ‘parking’ area on 03/10/24 and if not then they would be liable. To absolutely no one’s surprise, he has not got back in touch concerning the cctv, probably has our number blocked, we’ve tried to contact him to no avail. Other experiences we have now read on Trustpilot with A38 sound similar, they have been known to get unpleasant and verbally abusive with confrontations so we will be deciding carefully our next step with this ‘company’.

This has created further unnecessary stress for us following such a difficult trip where my partner was taken unwell and we had our two little babies with us.

Do not bother with these people. Be very careful who you choose for this service as it seems quite a few of them will treat your car with such contempt.

Left my van with them and collected Saturday and it’s has 3 big scratches going up the side. They’ve denied any responsibility for it and said it’s not there problem because I didn’t notice it before I left, although I collected it at midnight and the car park has no where with adequate lighting to inspect it. Now dealing with police to try and obtain the cctv from them car park to see when it was damaged

Used these guys for the first time it definitely won’t be the last! I would wholeheartedly recommend them for great prices and a slick, personable service.

Decent first pick up. Terrible return for collection, frustratingly late, no apology and filthy vehicle with dirt inside the vehicle. I received a notification from my app as the vehicle was also used/moved during the week. Poor service and wouldn't use again.

Had to wait 20 mins at the drop off for the driver. When he did turn up i said ok his response no ive got gout!. I then said your 20 mins late he said ive just started my shift take it up with the office. Very poor first impression.

Our usual meet and greet company were full so they recommended A38. Martin was very professional on the phone and responded to text messages quickly. Their pricing was very competitive. Easy to drop off and collection at 1,15am was very easy and quick. No damage to the car. I will use them again.

Did what they promised, met us at the drop off, and returned the car when requested. Car was covered in bird poo and had damage to the door handle upon returning - it was torrential rain and we were limited by the time in the drop off area so it's my fault for not inspecting the car

All was going so well, waited and greeted us at the airport entrance and drop off was within 10 mins. The gentleman who dropped off my car said he had given the car a quick rinse off as it was dusty from being in their compound - great!

We drive home in the early hours and it wasn't until the morning that we noticed a dent and scrape down one side and my under door light is broken!

Managed to speak to the manager, sent photos and said he'd look into it.. four weeks later and we're still waiting.

I will be taking this further!!

Great friendly service. On pick up, we were told that they’d be with us within 10 minutes and they were true to their word. Couldn’t ask for better.

I use a38 meet and greet every 2nd weekend as I work down in Somerset, Martin, Tom and the rest of the team are fantastic, please don’t be fooled by the negative reviews, booking procedure is easy through the website, there are instructions on what to do when you drop and pick your car back up, very reliable company, prices are great. If my flight has been delayed or I need an additional day or 2 the company is very accommodating and will do there best to help you out, I will continue to use the company for the foreseeable future and have recommended them to numerous people.

Used A38 for first time last week called them 20 minutes before arrival at airport as advised well mannerd driver there waiting for car. On return called after collecting luggage very helpful driver was 5 minutes after arrival in drop off zone fantastic. Will definitely use A38 again.
