Speedy delivery. Beautiful jacket.What’s not to love.

Really good service and the product I ordered seems like good quality (a suitcase - haven’t used it yet) but the number lock came already locked so there’s no way of using that feature which is very disappointing. Luckily I have another separate lock I can use between the zips. I contacted the company about the issue and they gave me a 10% refund (I didn’t want to return the suitcase as I need it for a trip in a day’s time plus returns have to be paid for) and also suggested trying every combination of numbers to find out which will unlock the lock. Don’t think I’ll be trying that but it’s nice they tried to help and I appreciated the small refund which covered the cost of the extra lock. And to whoever in their warehouse/packing who thought it’d be funny to send a suitcase out with a the lock pre-locked, it really isn’t and thanks a bunch.

The jacket is cool! The quality of the leather is good, very soft and elastic! Nothing sticks out, I mean threads..BUT...:packaging, like from a cheap Chinese store! It was just in a leaky bag, which seems to have been recently picked up from the trash!!! Manufacturer, please pay attention to this!
