It was an excellent service I live in Birmingham and I over order material
Which the sales team especially mr volley helped me resolve the correct order and credited back into my account and delivery arrived as scheduled
I highly recommend this company for future orders and communication was good and all emails was responded quickly
I would like to thank them for customer service and resolving all my issues
Will definitely use again

This place is a total joke placed order on Friday and paid was meant to receive confirmation email nothing received by Tuesday only to be told they had made a mistake and blocks not in stock telephone conversation on Wednesday to be told delivery would be here on Friday delivery arrived with 16 bricks missing was going to call after we complained but being professional they did not so paid for 80 bricks but 16 short and tried calling no one picking up on a Friday afternoon at 4 pm I would not recommend this company to anyone customer service is totally below any standard I have used before there lack of communication leaves a lot to be desired. I have now had to cancel my disabled daughter’s party due to this incompetent company. Highly recommend avoid using them as they are not fit for their purpose. I would rather pay extra and get a competent company who can deliver what is paid for and deliver in a reasonable time. I am totally disgusted with this so called company

Wasted my time.
Placed an order for a range of supplies for a garden patio project. They tell you that they will be in touch in 24-48 hours to confirm delivery time... They won't be.

Having heard nothing after 8 days I phoned to find out what the score was. Someone took a message and told me that someone would be in touch... They weren't.
After another 2 days I phoned up again to request a refund and to cancel the order.. this was dealt with a similar 'yeah, yeah, ok, someone will be in touch'.

I got an email later that morning to say the delivery for HALF my order would be carried out THAT day, and that the other half of my order would be 'refunded as they did not turn up from our suppliers and we haven’t been given a confirmed deliver date'

I phoned them up to AGAIN inform them that I am looking to cancel the order. And that they can either speak to their courier to cancel the delivery, or I would need to refuse delivery.
Again I was told 'yeah, yeah,.. no worries..' and that my full refund was now being processed.

3 weeks later. Still no refund. No money.
I was just about to raise a dispute via PayPal over my transaction and thought I would phone A1 one more time to see what was happening.

Again 'yeah, yeah, ok, that's being processed now'... After 3 weeks. No apology, nothing.

I wait with baited breathe to see if they money actually arrives within 24 hours as informed.

Serious lack of customer care and even manners.
