“More Than an Agency — An Extension of Our Team”
When 94n took over Kingfisher Building Products, as our digital agency, we had been losing ground for six months. Without delay they audited the PPC account, the website’s functional performance and our SEO metrics. This had been done previously by other agencies but the difference with 94n was that they didn’t take anything at face value, they asked questions relentlessly to arrive at a deeper understanding. This in turn produced a more focussed set of short-, medium- and long-term “to do” items which have proved to be transformative measured by both engagement and profit growth. Crucially they have never lost interest, which can happen with agencies, so they feel very much like an extension of our own team.
94n have been running our PPC and SEO for 8 months, and in that time, we have achieved significant gains in high intent traffic, revenue and return on ad spend. Technically competent, creatively engaging and enthusiastic they are a great team to work with. Refreshingly for a tech firm, they understand the importance of traditional (read essential) client relationship building, to which end, they trek up to Scotland every 6 weeks for a face-to-face meeting. They are always on hand to answer questions and to share ideas, so no tedious chasing people for answers. At this point we are starting to achieve real quantifiable progress (in ££££s) and there is no let up in 94n’s appetite for the fight.
