I just subscribe and already I noticed that the company doesn't give a great service when it comes to you asking questions for which they don't have an answer. Most important, I noticed that these series are non existent in their Data base: Hot in Cleveland, The Golden Palace, Law& Order: Organized Crime, Barney Miller, etc.... these are classic. I also noticed that the company is not a Canadian or US company which may explain why their concentration is mostly Arabic, Europe TV.

I tried for hours to renew my subscription and was told I needed to change my sign in credentials and move to a different server, which meant multiple additional hours to recreate all (120-140) favorites list!
I asked to just stay neither my current server and credentials as I was in a time crunch (largely as they took SO LONG to respond)
Then rather than explain the need to change these things they just terminated my service and stop communicating, even though I was a PAID VIP customer.
GREAT service?? AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!!

The channel selection is awesome, and all was ok for about 3months then the problems started, programs just stopped didn't matter what it was I was watching.
I got in touch with customer support eventually 24/7 support non existent,they don't respond to messages I sent, a typical take your money and run outfit,I made a big mistake signing up with this shower of s**t, constantly sending messages over a 24 hour period and not even the decency to respond regarding my problems😡😡😡

Hats Off- I really like the service which is working fine with ibplayer. I really appreciate the service provider for supporting me during any troubleshoot. All 4k channels available in bucket are working fine. Even Some channels with hdr transmission is working without any intrupption.

I should have taken a month subscription but took a longer one ,oops,app just doesn't work if there's football on ,and I mean even it's just to watch a movie,they are slow at updating movies and series,I should have done my homework before I joined,

What a joke, worked perfectly for 3 months, decided to purchase another 6 months that's when the problems started. Customer service sporadic and answer questions on there what's app chat .........

What a joke this service is. Paid for 24 months and only got 3 out of it. No reply from them after contacting them on WhatsApp looks like they just took my money and never even cared for customer service. DONT WASTE YOURE TIME. Go elsewhere…

We paid for a year subscription and after 12 days it said our subscription had expired. Contact them and they refused to help just said ask your bank to have the money returned

Great layout on menu. UPDATED REVIEW.. Initial issue at start with sporadic on and off line but over a few days a solution was found to the issue and repaired with great success. For the troubles to its customers they gave a free month add on which tells you how much they respect their customers..It is working perfectly since which is 3 months now with no issues. My agent is great in customer services and replies quickly and always assists and finds the solution. Great service and highly recommend. Thank you for the ongoing great services.

Brilliant selection of programmes but as soon as there's a football match on server goes down for hours and your just told to wait. Had the stick one week and had 2 days now where the connections gone. Messaged the company to be told to just wait constantly.
