Almost 12 months in so given it a fair go. When it's good it's good, however seems weekly outages(probably exaggerating) but seems it. At least 1 or 2 times a month.
Very slow during peak times. Rarely meets download speed. Definitely will be going with another provider.

6g promised fast internet speed, high download speed. I am barely getting 1mb/ps on both of these. Used my mobile data hotspot by Three, and I was getting 5mb/ps which is 5x faster from a mobile broadband. Can barely do anything with these kind of speeds.

Absolutely appalling service and equally terrible customer service. We’ve had an outage for days and are promised calls back which never happen. Really not sure why the ombudsman or regulator is not sorting this out as we’re all paying money for zero service.

Dreadful. Service intermittent and unreliable. Customer service don’t really care. Nothing ever changes after engineers come out.

I’ve just completed the coverage form on the website. They ask for more information than they really need such as name, telephone number and email address but I thought I would check coverage anyway. When I clicked submit an ‘Error’ message popped up so a complete waste of time.

Brilliant easy to talk to and very understanding

We have been on 6g Internet for about 18months now. When it is good, it is very good. But we have frequently had a low signal strength adversely affecting use of TV and Zoom. Lately it has got worse. The support people on the phone are always very nice. We have had a rooter replaced, our frequency changed a couple of times and other interventions but it is still not right.

The wifi disappears to go on holiday every few days. When I told customer service about this they always say they’ll send a new router but it’s been a month and no sign of one. Very disappointed switching to a different company asap!

In the years I have been with 6g, I have found everyone I have dealt with to be helpful, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile. I've had 3 technical issues, all of which have been promptly solved in my time with 6g. It's a very good record to have.

We have talked to many people about our network issues but they don't give any information for what to do but Durrani helped the most.

Kamen came to do my installation this morning. Can’t fault his work at all, very well mannered and explained everything really well to me.

Please save yourself time and money. I've had a horrible experience, and counting down the day till my contract is over. Every 5 -7 days my Internet goes down for the passed 6 months. I've emailed, called, used online chat and sent an website enquiry. All they do is try and get rid of you off the phone, they will lie and say an engineer will have to come out to you. Transfer you till the line goes dead . Online chat isn't much better they just stop messaging you and ignore you. When you mention all this they say there's no notes on your account stating you have an issue. I've spent so much on extra data for my phone ,having to hotspot my family. The first 12 months was great I've never had such stable Internet , I even recommend it to my neighbors,how much of a fool I feel now.

This has to be the worst Internet ever always going off for days at a time .....you can never get through to customer service joining brisk today 6g take the p_ss
