5thavenuehomes Recenzje

First of all, I dealt with Vikkie when I was deciding whether or not to sell my property, and she couldn’t have been more helpful.

After deciding to let the property instead, Vikkie passed my details over to Kirsten, who manages the lettings side of things at 5th Avenue.

This was my first time letting a property, so I was quite unsure about the process. However, Kirsten couldn’t have done more for me—nothing was too much trouble, and I was kept updated throughout, right up until the tenants moved in.

I can’t recommend Kirsten and Vikkie at 5th Avenue enough!

Thank you both so much.

I cannot recommend Vikki and her team at 5th Avenue Homes more highly. When selling my home she left no stone unturned, no question went unanswered and she was never too busy to answer my questions. Communication was always clear and available with a smile. Vikki and her team were supportive and understanding of my selling needs. It has made a stressful process much less having 5th Avenue homes as my estate agent.

I had an excellent experience with 5th Avenue Homes and would highly recommend them to anyone trying to navigating the property market.

As a first-time buyer, I can appreciate how confusing and daunting the process can be. I was fortunate to have Vicky’s support throughout the purchasing process. She provided clear, thoughtful, and consistent advice at every stage, which gave me a great deal of reassurance and confidence in my decisions. Her professionalism and genuine care was evident from the outset.

Kirsten also offered invaluable guidance in relation to commercial letting. Her advice was honest, transparent, and very much appreciated. It’s extremely rare to come across individuals who are so straightforward and sincere in their approach.

Both Vicky and Kirsten are incredibly hardworking, genuine, and trustworthy. They have truly been the standout professionals I’ve encountered throughout this entire process. I would not hesitate to instruct 5th Avenue homes in the future and I’d recommend them to everyone!

Kirsten has been so helpful throughout the move in- renting flats is a stress at times and she’s made it much easier, always quick to answer any questions and both her and landlord have been top notch. Very glad to be renting with her and 5th avenue.

Kirsten was such a huge help! And consistently went over and above to ensure my property was ready to rent. I was constantly kept up to date which as an overseas landlord was very important to me. Would highly recommend

We have worked with Vikki from 5th Avenue Homes for several years - buying, selling and renting many properties. Vikki is extremely professional, incredibly knowledgable and always does a fantastic job. Her communication is always very clear and timely. We would highly recommend 5th Avenue Homes to anyone.

THANK YOU SO MUCH
Can’t believe how quickly our flat sold with 5th avenue homes. The communication was amazing with Vikki she guided us through the process but done everything for us would definitely recommend them as first class service estate agents

What a diamond Vikki was in helping me sell my property! Nothing was a hassle & we achieved more than I thought and was a cash transaction. Would high recommend!

Vikki and the team at 5th avenue go above and beyond to get you the result you want if not better!

We’re over the moon to have had such an amazing result on our property, 5th avenue are quick on their feet with all aspects of getting a property on the market especially their social media marketing having great interest before the house was official on the market to getting it sold over home report value in less than a week!

Vicky and her team where fantastic.
Always available and nothing was a problem.
I really liked the fact we spoke with the same person though the whole process.

Can't recommend them enough.

Vikki is so professional, and friendly.
She gave the best advice, and kept me updated every step of the way.

We have just had a sale agreed on a property we were selling and Vikki made the process extremely easy. Good communication all the way through and a clear determination to get us the best price possible. We would thoroughly recommend 5th Avenue Homes to anyone looking to buy or sell

Vicki and Orla were both so helpful with helping me sell my first home. They sold my house so quickly and could pop them over a message about anything at all. 2 genuine lovely girls, knowledge is amazing. Thanks again girls

Vikki Riddler is a gifted estate agent-her exceptional knowledge and experience as well as her drive and talent to make sales are at the heart of 5th Avenue's success; together with the strong team she has built around her they all deliver excellence-can't recommend them highly enough.

Vikki has now sold two properties for me in the last 2 years, both achieving great results that went well beyond my expectations. The use of social media to build early interest was fantastic and viewers were already lining up from the instagram post before the listing even went live. As someone who has worked in the industry myself, I know how important it is to get the marketing right. Orla’s photos and video tours were amazing and really made our house stand out against similar properties in the area. I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome and can’t thank you both enough!

Right from the very start Vicki from 5th Avenue Homes contacted us and put us at ease immediately! She explained exactly how the process would work and advised us of our every move we needed to make! From the valuation to the photos and then the legal parts, Vicki directed us brilliantly and took us step by step through the sale with expert leadership! I would thoroughly recommend her and Fifth Avenue homes to anyone thinking of buying or selling a home.

From our first contact with Vikki, we received fantastic guidance & support. Orla did a fantastic job with photos & videos for marketing. We didn’t need to do anything, Vikki took care of everything for us including viewings, she kept us up to date with offers from potential buyers, she dealt with surveying & solicitor, she made this experience very easy for us, she got us well over our asking price for our property. I highly recommend using Vikki & Orla at 5th Avenue homes.

Hi I would personally like to thank Vikki for all her advice and expertise to help me sell my dads home who I lost last December and buy my new home. It's been hard going through this process after the loss of my dad but Vikki has been there every step of the way to the first meeting which was a month after I lost my dad to the sale of my dads home. I would recommend 5th Avenue Homes with selling your home and buying your next one or just looking for your first home.
