Update (02/28/2026): Final review of my complaint left no satisfactory outcome. I won't be receiving my entitled reward. I won't ever be using this or any other survey type cash app as they all disqualify you and stop you from earning. This particular app and others like it, just bait you to get information from you but never consistently pay out. Rather they waste your time. No return for time spent. Much better cash apps out there, like the two mentioned in my previous review.

Cashed out 3 times — $30 CAD total.
Took 4 weeks thanks to constant survey disqualifications.

Made another $5, tried to cash out… account locked.
They won’t pay what I earned.

Not worth the time.

Stick with Mistplay or JustPlay — at least they actually pay.

Once u do 4 survey will take u forever to get threw your 5th one also tried to cash out say can't cause of technical issue I try to do it another way and there is a fee to do it that way and u can't even earn like 40 cents to cover the fee so u only can get half your money also now after u try cash out and go back to do more survey they ask for number then put account under review so now u can't even take more surveys and when u contact support about the technical issue it takes them at least 24 hours to get back to u don't use this site I find that qmee is the best I've earned over $500 there in like 2 years

Showed them proof of £10deposit on casino site didn’t get rewarded for the deposit done it on 2 casinos they make out it weren’t tracked but I give them proof of the deposits still won’t pay out they should be getting done for false advertising

terrible company, dont like paying out on games, reached a high level on one, was due a pay out of £70, didnt arrive was told to wait 72 hours, queryed as didnt arrive, then got in reply: We’ve checked on your concern, and unfortunately, due to a technical issue, the offer was not tracked. When tracking fails, we don’t receive the necessary completion data, which means we’re unable to confirm your activity or issue credits for this specific offer.

I believe I just got scammed by 5 Surveys.
I failed a first survey, then it asked for me to continue onto the next one. It was Sampilicus out of the US. I did this survey all the way through and they said I was okay. But 5 Survey gave me zero. Not good but their support has contacted me about this matter so will give them 4 stars for that. It will go up to 5 if I am accounted for my survey properly

They are s complete scam support doesn't respond and they don't pay u at all they use to buy heycash is just like this it's shameful and we need a clash action lawsuit

Played one of there games. Paid me for the lower levels, then lowered the price as I progressed. Accomplished the higher target and never got paid for it. WASTE OF TIME. Don’t bother

I earned almost 40 dollars playing games. I went to draw the money out and never received a confirmation email. I wrote two emails to the company and never received a response. Don’t waste your time.

I tried for days and days to get enough for £5 reward. After eventually getting my £5 it says technical problems contact support. I still can't collect my reward. Please help?

Wish I could give 0 stars scam site after 2 years of trying to cash out I still can't customer service are absolutely useless I've emailed over 55 times to get this sorted and all Im getting is our tech team are working on it these are as bad as prime options they did they same thing wouldn't bother trying n wasting time

They make it impossible to do 5 surveys . They make you do two or three surveys and kick you out no payment . They steal lie cheat and no one there will help if you can reach them . Don’t use these liars and thief’s crooks right there !!!

Does not let you complete surveys just keep screening you out

I really wouldn’t give this 1 star. It caters to working class and parents of kids under 18. I tried 10 surveys. They either timed me out or I didn’t qualify for. I didn’t make a penny. Wasn’t my time going over my info to cater to my age, sex, race etc. After that it would time me out or say I wasn’t for me.

Wenn man da mitmacht bekommt man eine Registriernummer per Email wo die Dame am Telefon behauptet die Registiernummer muss 3 Buchstaben und 7 Ziffern haben, hat aber nur 4 Ziffern. Zum Beweis kann ich Trustpilot gern beide Bestätigungsemails über "gewerbsmäßigen Betrug" zusenden.
Ebenso wenig schreibt 5Serveys natürlich die Gewinn/Betrugs-Aktion gut. Man kann also davon ausgehen, daß es bandenmäßiger Betrug ist.

Einmal am 20.10.2025 Brandneues iPhone 17 Gewinnspiel und noch mal eine andere Werbeaktion am 22.10.2025 ELFBAR Probierpaket Gewinnspiel. Eine Gutschrift ist in beiden Fällen nicht erfolgt.

They'll pay the first time but that's just to lure you into a false sense of security because next time they'll stiff you on the money and when you try to complain they'll permanently ban you and the say "Oh you're banned so we don't have to give you the money now"

When you work hard te get some extra cash they screw you over! 2e time I've earned some money for playing some games and they don't pay out because there words sorry this provider canceled you're payout we don't now why even so ive put some money in it so that's called fraud. Don't play don't earn money true 5surveys they do unfair business you have been warned! After 2 times I quit using this app/website

I really can’t believe these sites stay open when they consistently screw participants. My belief is every survey should be compensated for as time and time again sites such as 5 surveys will use these disqualification process to cut you from every survey you take. Despite giving your age, zip code and date of birth. I just took about 5 and got cut for everyone. And customer service? Excuses. Disappointed in such bad practices.

I would advise people to stay well clear of this site. They con you out of your earings one way or another. You are honestly wasting your time because one way or another they will con you of your earnings.

Beware, they run "special" promotions but along with these, they remove the progress of the surveys you've already completed and take away the money you've already worked for and earned. Customer service then provides paste and copy replies to your valid concerns and complaints.
