Also, one of the reasons why we had upgraded our plans to unlimited live streaming BW is because the client does not pay for the services after using it. Very happy to have 5CentsCDN as my streaming provider. Not only for the cheap prices but for their excellent 24/7 customer support. No matter if I open a ticket or open the chat box, they respond in less than a minute and stay with you until problem is solved. Also, their incident tracking system alerts you for any PoP issue and update you until issue is fixed. As all in life, there is some things that need to improve but in general aspect, I'm satisfied with their service. Recently 5CentsCDN opened an "Idea Portal" in order to implement new features or improve current service. They're on the way, I recommend this company 100%.
