Awful company to work with as a business. Customer service is a joke, don't do what they say they're going to do. Ship items with UPS and don't actually provide you any info, and when you have an issue (which is most orders) they try to put it back on you to contact UPS (which is pointless) to chase. If they weren't such a big company they'd probably worry more about how they treat customers than they do. I would just not bother at all with 5.11 as all they do is destroy your hard earned relationships with customers, as you have to keep letting your customers down with deliveries.

Placed an order realized I ordered the incorrect size call to cancel. They said that I could not. I would have to wait for it to be shipped and then return it eight days later it has still not shipped no emails you’re better off ordering something from wish you will get it sooner. I will be returning the order. I really wanted because of poor communication and shipping.

Horrible company that treat their employees like trash. I was bullied, belittled and harassed over taking 2 days off twice. Once for a death in the family and the other because I literally tore my calf muscle. My last day I was treated so badly that I just didn’t come back from lunch. I called HR and talked to them about how I was treated. They said they would get back to me. Its been two weeks and they wont respond to my emails or calls.
So much for them not
tolerating harassment or bullying. Also the manager committed forgery by signing my name to paperwork they are saying I signed. I asked for copies and they refused.

I love all of your CCW shorts and Jeans, I wear nothing else, Having the extra mag pockets are great and you don't even notice that you have a spare mag on you. Brilliant design. I also use your large range bag, as my duty bag at work. All my gear fits in its own designated space.

Wear their stuff since over 10 years. Returning buyer and always will again. Dealt with support yesterday, cause of faulty product, which can happen and was handled outstanding - thanks Ellinore - very uncomplicated and practical.

Placed my order on 7/13/23 and my order didn’t ship until 7/19/23 with an estimated delivery date of 7/25/23. I expected 5-7 days shipping with UPS Ground, but 6 days to process an order is poor.

Very very poor service...

5.11 makes great gear and their customer service is top notch. Their gear is durable and functional. I've had a few pairs of their pants and have been hard on them and they hold up great and are comfortable!

Just purchased 2 men’s tees. My first visit to their store. I washed them in cold water and dryer them on low heat. Both tee’s don’t fit anymore. I just thought 5.11 quality would have been better. I should have went to Walmart. My fault

Constant emails, I don't mind being notified of sales or promotions, but the constant emails after you view something on this site is ridiculous. Asking you to come back, better buy soon, only so many left, and for the most part the items are out of stock, not any in your size, or a color you want anyway. If you try and explain this you're immediatly removed from their list, you get a nice email telling you this. If you try and explain you didn't want removed you immediatly get confirmation of your removal. The text list really should be avoided, if you email the company email provided it can't be viewed, or there is a problem, then you start getting emails from their privacy team, telling you that you may unsubscribe. Customer service seems nonexistent, then you get a list telling you your rights about your data, opting out, correcting, or deleting, you when you change, opt out, or request deletions, you are informed that your state has no laws governing this, and the matter is closed, if you think this is in error you can call a member of their privacy team. Well, you can try I suppose, good luck, it seems that this company cares little about your particular tastes, or privacy, and is only intrested in making a sale, doesn't care how, and while I do very much like some of their products, others make the same things, or very close and I'll shop elsewhere

I bought my Brother in Law, Nephew and myself duty belts for Christmas last year. And although I have not heard them speak on theirs I am extremely pleased with all aspects of mine. Keep up the great work I can hardly wait to try some of your other products. LoVe Always, Brother Bruce Dunkin

Customer service is not good. They sent me order colored item, and refuse to ship out new order until they have a return. This is why I go with first tactical instead of these guys. Good products but company is going down hill.

I have 4 tactical SOMS roller bags. 2 iof the 4 the bumpers on the corners have fallen off from light traffic work. One of the roller wheels failed.
Quality seems to be going downhill unfortunately.
And they don’t offer spare parts.
I Expected better for the price.

I love the 511 Stryke pants and have ordered multiple different times. Besides the fact that women's pants now have left handed zippers, they are durable and have sewn in front pocket liners. I LOVE this! However, 3 out of 5 orders placed with this company have come in wrong - wrong color or wrong style. They will correct the problem but you need to pay close attention.

European branch sells items that are out of stock and backorders them indefinitely. They just keep refusing that they have reserved the amount from my credit card. However, amount is still reserved after so many days. I cannot do nothing but wait for the amount to be released automatically after 40 days. Dreadful customer service experience. Too bad that their products are quite good, especially the discontinued items (the older the design the better).

I have been wearing 5.11's for many years. Even continued to wear them after I left law enforcement. This last order was very disappointing though. The pants now have left handed zippers. I called customer service and was told that all women's pants going forward are switching to the left handed zipper. This makes absolutely no sense to me. Left handed zippers were created back when women were dressed by servants, and I think it's safe to say that women dress themselves nowadays, so why 5.11 decided to go back in time and change their zippers is beyond me.

Our agency ordered several 100 polos to decorate in there facility. We usually use a local embellisher, but decided to give them a try, since we were ordering direct from them. It took over two months to receive our order. We were quoted 3 - 4 weeks. Their customer service had no clue when the order would be processed. When contacted the gal sounded lost and confused on when our order would ship. She estimated another week, but in reality it took 3 more weeks to ship. Use a local embellisher if you can. Just because they are a big company doesn’t mean they are better. Plus the quality of the embroidery was substandard.

5.11 has great products. Highly recommended company. They've been improving their shipping speed and solved some other issues too. I really like my Norris tactical shoes.
