I was a surprised with the communication I received from them, it was nice. When I placed my order I did not realize it came from China, so I was worried I wouldn’t get it! It took longer than I expected but I got the order and my husband loves it! Thanks!

I ordered two items, paid for two items but only received one item - I reached out to Customer Service who responded very quickly and said they made an error and gave me several options to make it right. This is some of the best Customer Service I have received and would not hesitate to recommend them AND the item I ordered was very well received ! Thank you Peter for going above and beyond to make my experience a positive one !

Was very happy with the hat I ordered with an uploaded picture of my dog. Quality was perfect. My husband loved the hat. Be prepared for shipping delays if your ordering for a special reason. Its not the stores fault its the shipping industry in general.

Ordered a personalized t-shirt and hat.
The tshirt came in time for Father’s Day, and he loves it! (He never likes anything I get him) I waited another week and a half, then dug through my emails till I found the original email. I was worried because it said the hat arrived with the shirt, but I got a response in less than 12 hours and found out the hat takes a little longer and will come shortly. A+ for customer service and another A+ for product

My husband loved his shirt. Great quality, great fit. Very helpful staff let me use my own picture and they cropped it for me. Looking forward to receiving hat.

I purchased this for my husband for Father's Day, he absolutely loved it. The shirt looks and feels great. The added photo looks amazing, so much so, that I ordered a second one with a different picture.

Received the Hat with her Great Pyrenees Henry on it for my daughter Cathy's birthday. She loves it. Wore it to work the next day.

This order is so far behind, no email updates, but I haven't received my hat yet, so I can't say how good or bad it is.

The picture of our dogs on the shirt looks great. However this is not an extra large shirt, it fits like a large. My husband’s size is extra large. I’m not sure what to do with the shirt. Very disappointed. I wanted to give that to my husband for a Father’s Day gift. The way you run your sizes a double XL will fit him.

Paid extra to have item expedited only to be told it will take longer because of high response— not consumer’s problem

This was supposed to be a gift. Within 2 days of order I was being told it would be late. I was then told it shipped, but received email today stating it was delayed. Would not order again.

As always their products are of excellent quality and true to size.

The quality of the cup was excellent, clean and sharp. Customer service was very attentive and poised to help. My one issue is with the delivery service, though the company is not to blame. Delivery took about three weeks. Apart from that I would buy from them again!
