Unfortunately I can't say that I had a very good experience with this site. I placed an order 2 months ago. By mistake 2 orders were placed for the same product. I reported it by email and was told to stay calm that only one order was registered and that I should contact the bank. I did exactly as I was told, and on the day of the order I woke up with 2 orders. I asked to return the perfume because I have nothing to do with 2, I received an email that I don't have to return it and that the money would be returned to my account. I was asked to go to the bank to close the dispute, and after it is closed with the bank the money will be returned to me. When the dispute with the bank was over I asked to have my money returned but I was told that it is not possible and that I have to send the perfume back. It seems to me a lack of professionalism with people behind it who are not prepared and only make mistakes. I am writing this comment so that other
customers don't have to go through what I went through. It's a shame.

I had a very complicated case with this store due to a mistake in the order. However, the store rose to the occasion and fully complied with all applicable consumer rights regulations. So even if you’re ordering from the UK, there’s nothing to worry about – this is an honest and reliable seller. Excellent communication with customer service.

I like to buy here because the quality is excellent. I took a risk with a new brand, and I’m very happy with my purchase.

I have only one request: could I receive more samples next time? I am interested in trying more new brands, especially since some of them are hard to find in America.

The delivery time is great regarding the products come from Italy to the Uk, usually 3-4 days. Through them I discovered interesting perfumes, that can't be found so easy on english e-market AND they're selling some of them in smaller quantities 😬 Totally reliable company!

Best Prices on the fragrances we love. Delivery is a bit delayed but given its EU to UK its understood. The collection they have is very good, best brands and best prices. What more does a fragrance lover need?
