The hot plate doesn’t work and they have made it hard won’t take it back and now want me too jump through hoops to get a refund

Unfortunately one solar panel was broken, but was replaced straight away after consulting the sales rep.

The fridge freezer i bought stopped working soon after i had bought it.
No chairs to sit down waiting for assisstance, bad back.

Hassle free delivery and delivery was super quick

Fridge package was on back order. After a few weeks I received a message that it was ready for pick up. When I drove out there (other side of town)The included fridge cover still wasn't there so I was told it could take a few weeks more on that and that they'll post it out to me. A few weeks later I called them and they said that they have the covers now and that I could come and pick it up. I complained and they told me that they hadn't organised anything with regards to posting it out. So another drive out..

Don’t like 1800 nos would like to speak to the store directly. But apart from that good product with a great price and there waiting to be picked up.👍

Never order online with 4WD Supacentre. Charged $22 for a small package to be delivered, postage and packing from Post Office is less than $11. Was told by custmer service they charge postage for each item even though they go in the same bag. These people will scam you whenever they can. Customer Service, one of the worst I have come across. Shop elseware....

Got email for cooker induction package, tried to order it ,price was different to advertise price, call them ,they said it was a misprint, and they emailed an apology, it's funny I never got that email.
They should honour the advertise price

On entering the store, we were greeted and guided to the product we were interested in. A staff member helped us with our purchase which we are very happy.

Customer service for claims is not very customer friendly - only basic communication. At the store, most of the staff have no idea what to do with a claim

The team are always helpful and very knowledgeable. I keep coming back..
