Bought a sofa camp chair. Love it.
Down side it took 20 min to pay as there was only 1 person on the register and 10 people in line.

Item came damaged. Looks like gazebo was returned for having damage. Box was repackaged but didn't think anything of it

The young girl on the counter needs a reality check!

Solved my order issue so helpful

Ordered a lithium battery in store and was advised it might take a week or so to get in. This was fine when as I was not in a rush. There was no communications after 2 weeks. I rang up store (but had to go via a Call Cente) but was on hold for over 30mins before giving up. I tried the next day and was told the item was in store. I arrived in store and store but the item had not yet been allocated to me. Had to wait until it was allocated to my order before I could pick up the battery.

I took these back for a refund as they were not 3x3 as stated but 2.9 x 2.9 I bought them from Gosford but as I was in Canberra returned them to the Fyshwick store on the 28th /4 but as of this time 0n the 6th/5 have had no refund and after visiting the Gosford store yesterday enquiring have a had no contact about my enquiry

Hi and thanks for the oportunity to have a say.
I was astounded to find out when I exchanged a jumpstart pack which had no wall plug manufacturers charging cable ( how was I supposed to charge the device safley if no wall plug manufacturers charging cable are supplied?).
I was charged a 10% fee, this was not a return as I explained to the more than helpfull person at the desk it was an exchange.
Admittedly I did not check the product information correctly because I was so excited to find what I thought was what I wanted at a great price and value. But I was then dissapointed to find out I could not exchange it for the correct product it had to be returned and repurchased which does not make sense.

Used 3300watt inverter generator on planed power outage on Sunday 4/5/25 ran for 9.5 hours only used about 6litres of fuel ran house water pump 1/2 horse power fridge and and microwave oven or toaster or coffee machine no problem
