I’ve posted previous reviews regarding the interaction between 4th Dimension and myself after I was involved in a no fault collision in mid December 2025. Yesterday (3rd March) my bike was delivered back to me by Graham , collection and delivery driver. Graham was, as everyone has been, professional and courteous. I was sent a link by 4th Dimension Logistics to enable me to keep an eye on the progress of the delivery and 30 minutes prior to arrival Graham telephone me to advise me of his ETA. He took great care getting the bike out the vehicle and onto my driveway. Two new panniers were in their boxes to prevent any marks during transportation. All repair work completed and looking like a new pin - excellent result.

Lionel Croucher was open and spoke well he asked questions and listened then told me his findings then explained when I asked questions he didn't rush but was on the ball .

I called 4th Dimension as the Hastings app gave me their number. I had a really good experience; they picked up the phone in good time, there weren't too many questions to get to talk to a person, and they were very helpful. Special thanks to Camilla for helping me.

Tony came to collect my dads bike and was really helpful and talked me through the whole process, he was really nice and made sure everything was done correctly

Very easy going, kind and polite was great with any questions asked although Tony is very knowledgeable and already gave me the answers I needed before questions asked.
Took great care of the bike getting it on and off the van and very helpful with the whole process.
