The onboarding was handled through a dedicated one-to-one Zoom session, which made the setup process clear, efficient, and tailored to our business model. Having direct access to a knowledgeable specialist meant we could get everything configured correctly without the usual trial-and-error you see with other platforms.

As a global Amazon brand, we rely heavily on accurate inventory and fulfilment workflows, and 4Seller has enabled us to seamlessly integrate TikTok Shop with our Amazon MCF stock, as well as connect Shopify for multi-channel fulfilment. The synchronisation is reliable and has significantly reduced manual intervention across regions.

We are now also exploring Temu integration due to the additional functionality available within the platform, which shows how scalable the system is as we expand into new marketplaces.

Super helpful site that allows me to manage my shipping labels and packing slips in one place for Temu. I just can't stress enough how much this streamlines my workflow to get product out the door faster. Support is awesome too. It's rare to get great support these days, so it's a huge relief to know they will help when I need it. Had a recent issue with labels and they had it fixed same day. 10/10 would ship again.

The customer service is worse than machine. We have an account that we cannot log in anymore and we provided all information to prove that we are the account owner. The customer service communicated in very polite tone but said” sorry, there is nothing we can help, pls contact police if your account got stolen and we will do our best to assist.” It’s a joke.

They gave my 1 to 1 support and fixed the problem I was having. I am really impressed with this company. 4 Seller is a great way of integrating Tik Tok Shop with Amazon. I would highly recommend to anyone who has multi channel fulfillment.
