I’m really happy with this suitcase! It feels sturdy and well made, has plenty of space, and is very easy to move around thanks to the smooth wheels. I also love the design — it looks stylish and feels very practical for travel. Definitely a great choice for anyone looking for a spacious and convenient carry-on.

I’ve been really happy with this suitcase! It’s lightweight, spacious, and easy to carry around, especially when traveling through the airport. The wheels roll smoothly, and I love how much I can fit inside while still keeping everything organized. It also feels sturdy and well-made. Definitely a great option for anyone looking for a practical and stylish carry-on!

I LOVE my new suitcase! All of the features (like cup holder, purse hook, easy front zip pocket) make me feel so much more organized while traveling! Such a nice upgrade when traveling can have a way of making you feel frazzled.

I love their constant innovation on new luggage and bags. I think they have come a long way as a company and as a brand.

Love the colour and how smooth the wheels run. First time trying a suitcase that opens like a trunk and now I’m obsessed. Very sturdy and spacious too

I love that this luggage does not need to be completely opened out to be able to be packed or unpacked. Saves so much space in smaller hotel rooms when traveling. The wheels are also on another level. They just glide across the floor. Their customer service is also amazing. I had a small issue, which they replied to rather quickly, and resolved without hesitation. Their communication is prompt with also care for their customers. This is the kind or service you want from a company.

My favorite suitcase! I have two of them now the oversize trunk and the large carry on and I love them both. The wheels are so smooth and they really do fit a lot more stuff than my traditional suitcases.

I rarely write reviews, but I make it a point to recognize companies that genuinely stand behind their customers.

I travel frequently, both professionally and personally, and over the years I have become very particular about luggage, packing systems, organization, accessibility, and how well a travel bag actually performs in the real world. I have used and evaluated many different travel setups, and the 4MYTU Tank Lite Bigger Carry-on is the most capable and thoughtfully designed travel bag I have encountered.

What makes it stand out is not simply its appearance. It is the overall travel system. The organization is excellent, the layout is practical, the capacity is impressive, and the bag is designed in a way that makes packing, accessing belongings, and moving through airports much easier. It feels as though it was designed by people who understand frequent travelers and the problems we regularly encounter.

After several trips, I discovered a crack near the zipper. I contacted customer support, provided photographs, and explained the situation honestly.

After reviewing the images, their product team concluded that the damage was likely caused by an external impact rather than a manufacturing defect. Although they determined that the damage fell outside the normal scope of the warranty, they also recognized that I had taken good care of the suitcase and had been transparent throughout the process.

What impressed me most was what happened next. Rather than simply denying the claim, they chose to send me a brand-new replacement suitcase as a one-time courtesy. They communicated clearly, responded promptly, provided tracking information, and treated me with professionalism and respect throughout the entire experience.

Exceptional customer service is not measured only by how a company handles easy situations. It is measured by how the company responds when it could reasonably say no. 4MYTU chose to go above and beyond, and that earned my trust, loyalty, and future business.

The product itself is exceptional, and the customer service experience matched the quality of the bag.

Thank you to Summer and the entire 4MYTU team. This level of customer care is increasingly rare, and it deserves to be recognized.

My suitcase arrived just in time for my two-week trip, and it was everything I hoped for and more. The design is so smart and convenient. I've always used traditional clamshell luggage, and I never realized how much space it takes up until I switched to this trunk-style, top-opening suitcase. It's a game changer, especially in smaller hotel rooms. I also loved that when I needed to grab something quickly, I didn't have to open the entire suitcase and have it sprawled out across the floor. I could easily access what I needed without taking up floor space. My husband had to listen to me rave about this suitcase throughout our entire trip because I couldn't stop talking about how effortlessly it glided through airports, over bumps, and even across cobblestone streets!

I absolutely love my luggage. On the rare occasions I’ve reached out with inquiries or needed some additional support, this company has gone above and beyond to ensure they have a satisfied customer. I also get compliments on my luggage every time I travel which is weekly for business. I’m a huge fan and will continue to buy from this company.

I purchased a trunk case directly from the company. It has become my go-to and I appreciate all the thoughtful features. Unfortunately, it was damaged while disembarking a cruise. One email and only a few days later a replacement arrived courtesy of the company. For as much as I enjoy the suitcase they get even higher marks for exceptional customer service.

The Best luggage ever! Top loading and the wheels are the best features. Rolls so smooth, the smoothest of all luggages ive ever had.

This bigger tank carry on fits me perfect. It has room for my macbook, carries more items and still can carry on. Moving super smoothly, has place holding your cup, cellphone etc., much more functions than other suitcases.

I recently purchased the 4MYTU Tank Carry-on bag. Because it was a carry-0n, I felt comfortable ordering the light Sand color. Not only is the bag beautiful, it is also designed with efficiency and functionality in mind. I recently took a trip that took me through several airports, with a lot of walking on carpet, hard floors and pavement. The wheels on the bag are very smooth, making the bag easy to maneuver. I love the fact that it has a top opening (vs clam shell design), which makes better use of the space. It is intelligently designed with lots of pockets and zippered compartments, making organized packing easy. Although the lock is easy to set to your personal combination, my itty-bitty brain prevented me from successfully changing the combination. This is where 4MYTU really shines. The prompt customer service deserves 10 stars!

I needed a new carry-on bag that met the new international size standards and was not a clamshell suitcase. And I somehow by chance came across this company. I but the bullet and bought it. Best decision ever. The case is extremely well made. Lots of capacity to hold all of my things for an eight day trip, no repeats in outfits, and room to spare. The wheels are the nicest I have had on a suitcase as well. This is way better than the samsonite I just bought and broke on one trip. As soon as the jet black check bag comes into stock I will be purchasing that.

Oh and the customer service is great. I contacted them with questions and they quickly answered unbothered.

just an amazing bag, every time I take this I get so many questions at the airport. The case, can hold, charge, and rotate effortlessly. I love this case so much I gave one to my pastor and he loves it also. A great gift for your travels, and hey Father's day is coming up I would highly recommend buying one. oh yeah, some great sizes, colors, and sets.

I travel a lot for business, and I’ve been through many suitcases through the years. During my most recent search, I was determined to find one with all the bells and whistles that I was seeking: laptop pocket, large capacity carry-on, cupholder, polycarbonate exterior, bag hook for my handbag, and easy to spot amongst other suitcases. Not much to ask for, right!? 😉 However, when I began my research, I realized how difficult it was to find. That is, until I found this suitcase. It not only fulfilled all aspects of my wish list, but it also has an extendable 35% capacity, skateboard wheels that roll so easily, and an external handle which doesn’t impede on the interior space. My only scrutinous feedback is the light gray I chose does show scuffs, but I used a magic eraser, and that remedied the situation. Additionally, when I fill it to capacity, it is rather heavy for me to lift into the overhead bin. But I’m working on my muscles! 💪 I would highly recommend this suitcase to others!

Love the wheels and the trunk style. It would be great if the front pocket could be removed if you don't want to use it. Overall I'm pleased.

I’m happy with my new luggage! Very unique design. Obsessed with the cup, phone and bag holder.
