On the positive side, the order arrived surprisingly quickly. Shipping took about two weeks using standard tracked post, which was exactly as expected, and the tracking worked well. The products were genuine, and the company itself appears to be legitimate.

There were two things I didn’t like, though.

First, when I placed my order (February 2026), PayPal had issues as a payment option. I also had issues completing the purchase with my credit card. Thankfully, the company contacted me through WhatsApp, and they helped resolve the payment issue, so I appreciate that.

The biggest disappointment was the complete lack of after-sales support. My Puffco Hot Knife stopped working after only four uses (the knife was wobbling from the first use and after 4 uses it broke). It comes with a one-year warranty, but despite contacting the shop, even offering to purchase a replacement at a discounted price, I never received any response. From my experience, claiming the warranty through this shop seems impossible.

If you’re simply looking for genuine products at a good price with fast shipping, I can recommend them. However, if after-sales service and warranty support are important to you, I would probably look elsewhere.

Habe am 15 Mai meine Bestellung aufgegeben, ein Teil der Bestellung fehlt immer noch, keiner vom Shop meldet sich, weder per Mail, noch Whatsapp oder am Telefon.
Richtig schade, habe mich so auf die Bestellung gefreut, nur um dann enttäuscht zu werden.
Muss daher eine klare Warnung vor diesem Shop aussprechen!
Jeder der einkauft wird lange ignoriert und muss lange aus seine Bestellung warten.

Update 06.08.26:
Alle Probleme wurden gelöst, Geld wurde erstattet. Betreiber des Shops hat sich entschuldigt, es sein viel los gewesen in seinem Leben, verstehe ich. Ich bin mir sich das sich nun alles wieder zum guten wendet und der Shop zuverlässig ist. Ich werde erneut bestellen und berichten.

Placed an order, got a confirmation of the order. almost 10 days later I've still had no contact from these people. Not from email or Whatsapp. They don't answer the phone. Nothing. Its a shame because they have in the past been a decent company to deal with.

It took some time (Like 2-3days longer) until I Received a Tracking Info after the Order confirmation.
But the Delivery was ultra fast and safley packed.
Best price in EU.

communication was a bit confusing, and it was a bit hard to track my purcase. i started to assume that I was scammed after a while but, luckily I was wrong <3. my package arrived a bit later then expected.

However the project is working great!! happy with my Storm vape pen. will buy more of those in the near future of this model stays.

Great product at a discount, ok fast shipping, great selection. The vape has ass battery time but not the shops fault.

Everything was quick and great, don’t be afraid if after your payment you receive just the viva wallet confirm, the package will come soon.
