Hard to find brand

We do provide test lenses if the customer wishes to try another brand of lenses but we do not entertain requests for the same brand of free lenses with each and every order.

My shipment was first incredibly…
My shipment was first incredibly delayed and still has not been delivered. At this point it’s clearly lost in transit or not being delivered. When I asked for a refund I was told to keep waiting. It has now been 3 weeks with no updates or delivery. Terrible experience to pay for something that was never delivered and then be refused a refund.

Your parcel was dispatched using Aramex, and it had the tracking updates all along, we fail to understand why you constantly keep repeating that this has been lost since lost parcels do not have tracking updates
Just to assure you, in case the parcel is actually lost, your purchase with us is fully safe and will issue a refund or re-send the parcel if it is declared lost by the courier,
let's just be reasonable, but giving us crap feedback wont really speed up the delivery process, or will it?
