Iemand kwam ZONDER toestemming, met zijn eigen sleutel, mijn woning zomaar binnen en 365beheer heeft geen idee wie deze persoon is.

Er circuleren dus sleutels van woningen bij andere mensen!!!!!!! Ik voel mij NIET VEILIG en ze wimpelen het af.

Bij contact met 365beheer wordt er nonchalant gezegd Ohja ik snap dat dat ongemakkelijk is, haal even een nieuwe cilinder bij de bouwmarkt en stuur het bonnetje maar op?!?! GEEN eigen initiatief om het op te lossen, geen excuses, echt BIZAR!!!

De man die een sleutel voor mijn woning had, had dus ook de sleutel voor de algemene toegangsdeur!

After finally ending my connection with 365 Beheer, I can share my experience of renting an apartment through them for three years.

In short: the service was extremely poor - almost non-existent.

There was no support during the rental period, and communication was quite rude (or maybe just Dutch directness? 😊)

Details of My Experience:
• When I moved in, the apartment was in very poor condition: dusty curtains, greasy kitchen surfaces, and stains on the mattress. This was despite assurances from 365 Beheer that cleaning would be arranged after the previous tenant moved out.
• The rental contract stated that internet was included, and I paid for this service. However, there was no internet connection provided.
• The washing machine was broken upon arrival, and it took 365 Beheer three months to repair it - without any compensation for the additional costs I incurred.
• When the door lock failed and I was locked out, I contacted 365 Beheer. They advised me to find a locksmith myself. After I paid for the service and submitted the invoice for reimbursement, they refused, claiming I had not called them.

Conclusion and Advice:
Based on my experience, I strongly recommend avoiding any interaction with 365 Beheer. Doing so will save you time, money, and unnecessary stress.

I rented apartment with this agency. During checkout, there was one minor chip on the door, and small limescale stain in the kitchen. They charged me 739 euros for "cleaning and repairs". Those small flaws could be repaired for 50 euros easily. I was at the brink of sueing them for such behavior, but did not have time for that. They seem to do that to every tenant. Do not recommend.

Jaren goed mee samengewerkt bij het verhuren van een huis, maar de laatste huurder heeft de boel als vuilnisbelt achtergelaten. Bij de afwikkeling daarvan kwamen 365makelaardij en 365beheer helaas niet veel verder dan naar elkaar wijzen. Wat mij betreft een afrader, tenzij ze dit verbeteren.

Lekkage in mijn huurwoning, beheerder heeft zeer snel gehandeld en zelfs dezelfde dag voor een oplossing gezorgd. Ik heb al veel beheerders meegemaakt maar 365beheer heeft het goed voor elkaar! Ga zo door!

Fijn contact met de servicedesk. Eindelijk een beheerder die zijn zaken op orde heeft. Blijf zo doorgaan.

Goed en direct contact met de service afdeling. Denken in oplossingen en komen afspraken na. Ik ben als huurder erg tevreden met jullie dienstverlening.

Ik huurde bij Garage Park en kwam in plaats daarvan bij deze jongens terecht. Mijn accountmanager was niet ouder dan 16, ik ben nog nooit zo onprofessioneel behandeld.

I had high hopes for my collaboration with this company, but my experience was deeply disappointing. Instead of the professionalism I expected, I encountered frustration at nearly every turn.

I could detail all the issues, but it seems pointless. Suffice it to say, our cooperation was an ordeal I'm relieved to have behind me.

If you're considering working with this company, I advise caution. My experience was far from satisfying, and I can't help but feel let down by what transpired.
