Fraudulent payment
I canceled account end of February. I have called and emailed for a refund, still have not received resolution. On top of that my debit card was locked..so payment of 138.00 was taken ,this is an unauthorized payment.

Canceled service. Agent offered other options but I chose to cancel because I was not using the enough at this time.

We ended up not needing it and I forgot to cancel the trial subscription, but the company was great about handling the situation and reversing some of the charges.
