Great company to deal with

28Club is an amazing brand. I’m proud to wear it, and the attention to quality is incredible. You can tell the team puts a huge amount of time and effort into perfecting every piece they produce. The craftsmanship, fit, and overall detail are second to none. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough—1000% recommended!

Been buying from 28 for the past 3 years and honestly i have nothing bad to say. The quality of the items ranging from t shirts to shorts to even the newer hoodies and jumpers. The mesh really is like no other and is incredible to wear for both daily living and also working out! My items have been shipped and delivered within a couple of days every single time even on the limited drops or sales. We know how much work they put in to make the customers experience smooth and it shows every single time, looking forward to the new drops upcoming !

Best fitness clothing in the game and the brand community is just fire feels like a family all pushing for the same thing!

I had the one of the most amazing customer service experiences I’ve ever received from Gianni. Communication was second to none. Updates throughout.
Then you look at the products, WOW the quality is fantastic and the thought and design that have gone into each item is incredible.

I’ve been buying from 28club for three years now and it hasn’t disappointed once.

The hoodies and training tops are genuinely some of the best I’ve worn. Most brands in this space get the aesthetic right but cut corners on quality, or vice versa. 28club consistently nails both.

Every time an order arrives I already know it’s going to be good. I wear the pieces constantly and sometimes I get stopped in the gym or on a run asking me where I get them from.

Part of me is tempted to gatekeep but I know I would be doing a disservice to the brand 😂

One thing worth highlighting is I train a lot, so having to run it through a few washes a week, you would think the quality drops off. Think again. It hasn’t changed one bit.

Customer service has been solid throughout, and if anything the drops keep getting better every season.

It’s rare that I leave a review but when I do I would highly recommend!

I have shopped with 28 now for the past 2 years or so & honestly don’t have a bad thing to say. All the clothing is unreal quality & the service is top top tier.

I’ve had freebies thrown into my orders & little extras which always go a long way.

Also, the community they’re building is amazing. I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough.

Ordered several pieces (shorts, singlets, joggers, long sleeve etc.), quality and fits on each piece is exactly as you’d want it. I have used them for gym, marathons and ultras and not one bit of fraying or rips. Highly recommend to anyone who is serious about the quality of what they wear!

Have tried a range of big and smaller fitness brands for my workout clothes over the years but nothings come close to 28 Club. I’ve ordered multiple pieces from shorts, shirts, hoodies, hats and gloves. They’re always next level in quality, fit and design, my whole workout wardrobe is basically now 28!

Service from the team is top notch and can’t wait to see what else they have coming in the future.

I ordered a sweater from 28Club on March 16th and I still haven't received it (June).

Tried to contact customer service but no response at all. I tried 2 different email-accounts and instragram, still no reply…

incredibly disappointed, I will not recommend.

Very disappointing return process. After submitting my return, it just says “pending approval” with no clear instructions on how to actually send the items back. No QR code, no label, nothing explained properly. On top of that, they only offer store credit and don’t even give the option for a refund back to the original payment method. Extremely unfair and frustrating experience.

Top was perfect, delivery took longer than quoted

Payed for next day delivery still no sign of item ordered a week ago and had no update or response from seller horrid customer service. DONT BUY FROM HERE!!!! Have emailed them no response and item says it’s in London hours away from where I live and hasn’t moved since I payed.

Placed an order nearly 3 weeks ago when the product was released. Still no sign of it. Was contacted 10 days ago stating there is a delay and hopeful would be shipped out beginning of this week. Still no update on tracking and contacted the brand, no response. Last heard 10 days ago and now no idea whether I will receive the item or get my money back. Wouldn’t recommend.

Class product, I ordered the hydration vest and like everything ive ordered from 28 its even better in person that it looks online.
Fast detailed delivery service couldn't fault at all, love the brand!

I've tried many activewear brands over the years since i started running 5 years ago but i must say this one nails it one every part possible. Keep up the good work lads!
